Welcome to Chuds BBQ! My name is Bradley Robinson and my goal on this channel is to share everything I have learned so far about barbecue and live fire cooking whether it's butchery, pit building, recipes, how-to videos, or anything else I enjoy doing.
I work closely with Leroy and Lewis BBQ in Austin, Texas and have been smoking meat professionally for over 10 years.
I build a variety of BBQ pits, such as the ChudPit and ChudBox, that are perfect for any style of barbecue. You can find all the current pricing for our pits at www.chudsbbq.com
I love to test and use new products, if you'd like me to try out yours, you can send it to:

Yep, it's official...... I am hungry now. Thanks buddy!! Be safe and be blessed!
Is no one going to talk about the flies on his meat?
imagine this, you love food, you buy a pizza oven, you get told you have celiac disease after mastering the dough…..man…. the family loves it. i hate it lol, but there happy
Give me a like if you skipped the video as soon as as you saw that broccoli, wtf is broccoli anyways! ( arnolds voice)
Never heard of it before (could be a thing already, I'm too lazy to give it the ole Google)....but I just thought of a Cubano pizza....with that type of dough, I think that would be pretty damn tasty!
Water first whenever making bread. Reduces sticking
He didn’t season the maters?? Oh Bradley :(
I think I'm going to try to make this. But, after it's cooked, take about half of it and make cottage pie
Dangit I need that
Eat some Surströmming
A weird option for pizza cheese is a good brand of string cheese.
Would be nice to see your pizza dough making process like you do in all of your other videos.
This man deserves a TV show.
Smoked meats on pizzas of course, should be next!
Hahahahahahahahhahahahhahahaha 2K hahahahahahhahahahhahahahahahhaha 2K hahahahahahhahahhahahhahahahhhaha 2K hahahahahahhahahhahhahhahhhaaq
Love my Gozney Dome, and their new dough mixes are very easy and work surprisingly well if you want to eat same day. Better than pre-made dough from the grocery store.
"We'll go in dry.." - That's what she said.😂
damn 4 hours unwrapped at 250, before even spritzing? my ribs become super dry and taste like paper at that point.
The 1 day drying probably did evaporate some water. Next time weigh them to find out if water is lost. You can probably reduce the amount of water you add to the 1 day process which may make filling more difficult but will result in the same gushiness.
Vito enters the conversation... Just ask Guga...
Smoky Brisket with a white horseradish cream sauce would be awesome.
BRAVISSIMI! Greetings from 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🍕😄
Detroit Style next pizza video
Up until now Bradley, I had the utmost admiration for you. Thought of you as a younger me. But you just went down a few degrees in my estimation. NO self respecting man FOLDS HIS FRIGGING PIZZA to eat it. LOL!
I would love to see a Hawaiian kalua pork and pineapple pizza BBQ style 😋
You are definitely developing in the right direction. Super good comtent here.
Trouble is that if I fancied pizza on say Saturday and I had to start making it the previous Tuesday/Wednesday , by the time Saturday arrived I'd have gone off the idea and fancied something else . Bet it's delicious but takes way too long for me .
Vito Locatelli would be proud, well done lads
Make a thin crust everything but the kitchen sink pizza
We have an Ooni we use for tailgate season and whenever else. Make the proper dough from scratch and everything. Its amazing. Things you could try out of the ordinary pizzas: Breakfast pizza (eggs, meats, pepper gravy for the sauce), Thai chicken with peanut sauce, chilis and scallions, cheeseburger pizza (cold shredded lettuce and pickle slices on after the cook)
Meat Zilla pizza, with all the things!
Not sure if you have seen Chef Tom from ATBBQ but, he has some pretty good pizza recipes. Plus I’ve seen him rock a Chudds hat in some of his videos
I think you need to do a "kitchen sink" BBQ pizza, empty the fridge on it. Leave no meat behind!!!
Please make your own pepperoni, salami, linguica & Italian sausage for the ultimate made from scratch all-meat pizza!
I worked at a pizza shop decades ago with my best friend at the time, and we would get wasted after work, and when we came in the next morning we would make the best hangover breakfast pizza. Simply stretch the dough, add alfredo sauce, cheese, crack 8 eggs, put them on top, then add sausage, and some hot sauce, bake until the eggs are over easy. Since you make your own sausage,I think you should make it!! Its simple but amazing!
Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers. Chuds before buds!
Bradley, one of the pizzas I grew up with was from Cal's Pizza in Garrettsville, OH. The Sicilian White. It had no sauce, just cheese and sliced banana peppers (or peperoncini, I don't remember exactly). When I was in high school while working at a pizza and rib joint, I tweaked this concept and basted the dough with melted butter, then added cheese, banana peppers and pepperoni. Each are amazing in their own way. You don't even miss the tomato sauce.
6.8 everyone knows the rules.
Pastrami pizza for sure
Would love to see you try No-knead pizza dough (Jim Lahey’s recipe is good) - and my favorite toppings are 1) pulled pork pizza (BBQ sauce, pulled pork, pickled jalapeños (throw some Sichuan pepper in homemade pickled jalapeño brine!), red onion, and cheese. And 2) Taco meat pizzas 🤤
Is it just me or does Bones remind anybody of Wolowitz from BBT? 😂
Definitely make more pizza. I’d love to see how you could combine your bbq into pizza. You have amazing dough recipes so I’d love to see what you do with pizza dough variations.
We made our own homemade bbq pizza and topped it with pulled pork, coleslaw and pickles. Came out amazing if you’re looking for ideas!
Do a brisket red onion green pepper Philly cheese style pizza. Or a chicken bacon buffalo pizza
I'm a fan of Bacon Ranch.
Try pulled pork mini calzones. It's the bomb.
Cheeseburger pizza!!!
Yes please…. something Mexican like Carne Asada or Carnitas yes, Carnitas… please
When I was in high school I worked at a mall pizza and burger joint, we had a pizza called the porky pig that had ham, bacon, pulled pork, and bbq sauce. It was pretty good even for cheap mall pizza, making it all from scratch would be great.
My vote is for more pizza vid's. I'm thinking a BBQ Meat lovers pizza!
