This is probably one of the most awesome food videos I've seen. I'm an Englishman living in the middle east and I don't quite understand how anyone can have such an epic set-up dedicated to woodsmoke and meat (with craft beer too, to boot). I went there when working in austin, and i didnt even know they had the actual building yet, which was awesome thing to see. I worked there two weeks in a row and went there literally every day they were open, it was cool to meet evan and the other workers. and with my carnivore diet i have been doing it was perfect!!

It's awesome to see people's hard work and dreams, come true.

The new restaurant looks fantastic! It looks much more upscale than virtually every other brick-and-mortar that fits into the "Texas-style BBQ" category. Even the menus and other signage looks so much more thought-out and professional than the standard charming hand-written chalkboard and butcher paper everywhere else.
