It's hard to enjoy life when aches and pains are holding you back from doing the things you love or the things you used to take for granted. Often times people chalk it up to "just getting old" and believe that taking pain meds is the only thing they can do. I strongly disagree.
As a physical therapist, my job is teaching my clients the right exercises, strengthening the right muscles, and optimizing their movement, so they can get back to their lives free from pain and weakness. It works. I've seen it.
I'll be sharing with you tips on the right exercises to do to keep your body healthy and to help you rehab that back, knee, hip, shoulder, foot, etc.
My hope is that by sharing these videos, it can empower you get active and stay active so you can get out and enjoy life.

I don’t think its short time non-permanent relief cuz my doctor gave me this with bunch of others as restorative training. He said its for strengthen the ligaments and tendons around the knee cap.
I thought with barefoot shoes you are supposed to land on the balls of your feet first?

Thank you so much , I’ve just been to the hospital and they diagnosed Meath patella tendinitis so this helps a lot now I can stop wearing my brace
If I wake up with hip pain I do the figure 4 stretch and its quickly relieves the pain.
You should focus on more extension exercise for legs to fixing petella pain
I am definitely trying this in a soccer game a broke both of my patellar selves and every other Bob in my knee caps and I am in a heel chair I have been in it for 6 months now and I 10 months to go please pray. Thank You
I started in barefoot hiking shoes about 3 days ago, I’m feeling it in my muscle around my shins and the ball of my feet. I have a tendency to want to compensate with my heel strike when I walk on pavement, but I know that’s not good haha. I did like a 3 mile hike yesterday and it really was not bad at all!
What for permanent relief?

It’s been hurting for days now and I couldn’t find out why because I recently sprained my ankle a couple of days ago and I thought I hurt my knee but turns out just my tender

Been zero drop and wide toebox since 2016. Best decision ive ever made. Xero Shoes and Feelmax are my go to shoes/sandals.

When should these exercises be done in relation to running in these shoes? Before or after a run? Any advice on starting running in these?

I absolutely tore up my props trying to play basketball in them, but every time I hoop in traditional basketball shoes it never feels right and ankle injuries are sm more common. Really hoping these can hold up for the gym as well as on the court
