    Hi there! Great video! What's the benefit of this exercise, specifically? Does it help with back or hip pain?

    Hey there! Thank you so much! I would say it mainly helps with hip and knee pain. Though I'll also use it to treat back pain by having people tighten up their core to prevent the rotation at the spine. The gluteus medius is the muscle that keeps our pelvis aligned when walking and keeps our knees from collapsing inward when squatting down. If weak, we can start getting pain in our hips and knees over time. It's a simple exercise but huge benefits!
