    Love your clear explanations and demonstrations. Also like that you explain what NOT to do. Do you recommend a certain number of repetitions? Sets?

    Good question! I typically go for 3 sets of 20 with a minute of rest in between to build the endurance of this muscle since we use it all the time when walking. But it’ll depend on how hard the exercise feels. If you can’t get to 20, whatever you can do with good form, even if it’s 10 is totally fine. Thanks for the input!
