    Just want to let you know I was crying over extreme hip pain. I have a newer mattress & a memory foam gel topper. Well, it didn’t matter & in my 30s, I don’t think I should be in debilitating pain. I found your videos, ordered resistance bands, got a bigger pillow for in-between my legs, & I feel like a new person!!
