    My shoulder pain limits me from serving in tennis and gets incredibly sore after throwing balls 😩😩

    @@x3KiMM Same issue!!! I have recently started playing again and so far as long as I keep my shoulders really loose, I'm fine, but when I tense up when I swing, it hurts again.
