LOVE the haircut!! Also, thank you so much for the update on the hair loss. Your first hair loss video woke me up to paying more attention to protein. I still really struggle to get even half of the 100-120g I'm supposed to get, but adding in more has slowed my hair loss (my weight loss has also stalled, so that might be helping with the hair too). One product I have really loved is Boldify's unisex hairline powder. You dab it on any places that look particularly thin (it also covers grays) and it looks flawless. I have an undercut on one side of my head and it was looking more sparse than I like; the powder covers beautifully and then wipes away or washes out easily at night.

OMG Mindy it's super cute and I love the color! Very summery and I always hate when I get a cut and have remorse over how much I get taken off. An in the end I know my hair feels better and thicker because everything on the end has taken the most abuse. Please feel as good as it looks!

It probably wasn't the best time for me to give my reaction, but it was the only time I had to film, and it was an honest reaction at the time. New Hair! That cut and color are super cute, and I enjoyed the "hair loss" update! Maybe your tips can help me head off hair loss. It's worth a try. I have super fine hair as well. Anyway, you know I'm reviewing your old videos from the beginning since I started on semaglutide a few months ago, and I just now got to where you are 60 pounds down...and now you have 60 lbs to go for your 200 lb goal! That makes my head spin! It was also breathtaking to flip from that video directly to this video and see the contrast in the way you look. You've always been a very pretty gal, so it's not that you are "suddenly" beautiful or something, but man holy cow what a transformation, particularly in your face. I know how much long, hard work you've put in. Kudos to you, Mindy. I love how you persevere! 💗🌳💗

Oh come on now! Your hair looks SUPER CUTE!!!! I got tired of trying to cover up my hair loss so I have started wearing wigs. OMG! It’s AMAZING to be able to have FABULOUS hair in 2 min. Flat! At home I wear my thin hair. Don’t care. 😂 But if going somewhere, and I want to feel “normal”, I just pop on a bob wig! 😊 Also saves $$$$$ from salon visits!

If your t4 is low you have a Thyroid problem. Tsh can be normal range and still have clinical symptoms. You will take these VERY serious meds for weight loss but not a thyroid hormone??? Also biotin can interfere with laboratory results for different things, one being thyroid levels. Look it up girl
You misheard me. My T4 is still in the normal range. It's just on the low end of the normal range. These meds for weight loss are not a forever med... once you start thyroid meds, you can't stop... so yes, I will hold off as long as possible. My doctor does not want me to begin thyroid meds yet either.

Yippee, a new video! :) I have hypothyroidism and began medication about three months ago. Wanted to update you, too, that my telehealth provider (Fridays) is moving me from .5mg of semaglutide compound to 1mg next week. Eek, I'm nervous. I've lost about 24 pounds in four months. I also had their dietician calculate my macros (as we talked about), and I'm starting to be able to come close to hitting them, yay! Your hair looks great!

Mindy PLEASE READ THIS. Low thyroid over 45 plus years. If you take biotin it WILL WILL affect your thyroid blood test results. I’m shocked (shocked!!) your doctor did not warn you about this. You need your thyroid rechecked WITHOUT biotin onboard. Hope this helps. 😊

This Mindy has hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s), but one pill a day fixes that. Before I was diagnosed (decades ago), I was losing a little hair around my temples, but it all came back. Your haircut is SUPER cute and sassy. It makes you look younger, too. 😘

Please check out selenium for your thyroid. It has helped me with my thyroid side effects. I do take thyroid meds but I had so much joint pain and other issues. The selenium was a great addition. You can take a pill or eat 2-3 Brazil nuts a day. Please research it and talk to your doctor to see if that may be a good fit for you. BTW, your hair is looking so much better.

I think your hair cut suits you and looks nice and I LOVE the darker color! I'm on the fence about weight loss in general making your hair fall out... I lost 80 pounds before starting mounjaro and didn't have hair loss like I have now on MJ. I have curly hair so I don't wash it but maybe 1-2x a week and I would have the normal fall out that normally happens, but since starting MJ, I actually have balding areas where you can see my scalp (have lost another 40 lbs.) but ican play with my curly hair to cover it up most of the time. I do also see growth mainly in the front. I take biotin, pumpkin seed gummies, and collagen every day. I personally would rather have weight loss with some hair loss, than be 120 lbs. heavier and lots of hair (like I did before) Again, love the new color! I live in Fort Worth and live most days with my hair up in a bun! :)

Finasteride and spironolactone for hair loss. It was difficult to get a dermatologist to proscribe for a female, but it worked wonders for my sister, who had whispy, thin hair and was super self-conscious. She now has thick hair and a much improved self-esteem.
I'll look into it. I'm hesitant to do more prescription meds. 🥰❤️
I think your haircut is super cute! I can’t get more than an inch or two cut off at a time or I feel very self conscious and naked. It takes me a week or so to adjust to the new shorter length. You’re probably used to it already!
