  If it’s 2 10 inch pan you might want weigh them to make sure they are equal in weight.

  Really depends on how deep the 10inch pan is. The pans I use are usually small so for a pound I can get 3 or sometimes 4 cakes. But If yours is one of those Bundt cake pans I think it might all fit for the 10inches(no harm in trying and seeing)

  I think I like it better with no egg. I normally make it without egg. Mackerel gives additional flavor too.

  The egg was a substitute for the watermelon seeds(agushi) that I usually use. & yes mackerel does add a lot of flavor ❤️
