4 -5 small lobster tails
3-4 cups cheddar cheese
2-3 cups Gouda
2-3 cups mozzarella or parmesan
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup(500g) butter
1 tablespoon salt(if not using salted butter)
1 teaspoon black pepper
