My dad as a true italian used to buy once a year a big wheel of parmesan cheese from Parma . It's is the best cheese you ever have in your life. He will cut on wedges and freeze mostly all of it. He was a elegant man that loved the good life.

I've actually ate this before the restaurant and it is literally one of the best pasta I've ever had it is so good so I definitely recommend maybe not make it yourself but if it's on a menu it's really good it's worth it but it is a little bit pricey but it's really good❤

As an Italian, the fact that we italians have big slices of original fresh parmigiano reggiano in the fridge department in the stores still blows my mind

My papa (grandpa) runs a cheese shop in Florence where he sells cheese wheels and whenever I visit he always cuts up a wheel for me and we try new cheeses every time, I love my papa and the cheese he gets is SO GOOD 😊 Im 11 and I live in Rome by the way. And my teacher and mama teach me English I think I’m doing good
