Ingredients
2 lbs or kg shredded beef
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 carrots
1- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch or flour
1 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 cup of water (more or less)
1 teaspoon black pepper
To season beef
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes(optional)
