Ingredients
1 can corned beef
3 medium onions
5-6 tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2 garlic, chopped
1/2 thumb ginger, chopped
Bay leaf
1 teaspoon oregano, parsley & fennel seeds
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper(adjust to your level of spice tolerance)
5-7 eggs
