How to Make Tuna Beans Stew || Ghanaian Beans Stew
Here’s a link to the beans stew I made with mackerel - theedeescuisine...
2 cups blackeyepeas
1/2 cup of Palm oil(canola or vegetable oil is fine if you don't have palm oil)
2 onions
4 tomatoes
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
2 Hot peppers (more or less depending on preference)
2 cans of tuna in water(drained)
Spices to taste
