  edit: sorry this is kinda a long rant bro my dads birthday is always around fathers day plus my dance preformances are a lot of the time ON his birthday and he has NEVER once complained. he always watches and after tells me how good i did and is so supportive. plus my mom does do more of the cleaning but my dad works everyday all day and takes me to and from school, plays games with me and my brothers, helps with hw, and is a great father while my mom homeschools my brothers. there is no reason matt should be complaining at all about his birthday and fathers day being on the same day or that he cant start his music career because of his wife, if thats the case then maybe he shouldnt do music.

  Listen, if you want to be a “traditional” wife that’s fine, but to bash other women for not being that is pathetic and very insecure. Even these trad wives are working and getting paid.   Unfortunately I have gone through something like this…and she was spot on when she said that realizing literally everything was a lie was similar to feeling like your boyfriend had died. It’s suddenly just a completely different person standing in front of you-a total stranger now; a stranger who you’ve spent the last however long pouring your whole heart into, so add in the sinking realization that you know *nothing* about them but they know *EVERYTHINNNGGG* about you…. “Surreal” doesn’t even begin to cover it. And it follows you into every new relationship, friendship or otherwise, for fkn YEARS.
