I have a question cause the main issue im having at the moment is the texture, 🤔 is there is temperature recommendation when you mix the ingredients together as it either boils or simmer?

My iron cast tawa gets heated in the centre ..Dosa turns black in the centre but the rest remains white..Any idea other than people suggesting to turn down the flame

Try using the widest burner you have. Also turning down the flame will definitely help. The key is evenly heating the pan.

Some pans work without using any thing. I have another pan, that doesn't require a lot of seasoning. It's from India. A traditional iron pan for Dosa. However this one requires this elaborate process for that satisfying dosa

My coffee is so thin when I brew it, also what kind of milk do I use? Regular 2% milk doesn't come to a boil !

I use whole milk. Damper it really well. Also if you are used to chicory mixed coffee this is lighter than that. ,

No need to do it every time. After using each time, just make sure there is no debris. Apply light coat of oil.

I tried your method first I kept indus velley super smooth tawa which I bought 2 days before kept on low flame for 20 minutes as u shown in the video and let it cool down and again after 4 hours o kept tawa on gas for another 7 minutes and put the dosa batter, but it stuck and I could not take out dosa easily please help as my tawa is new

I suggest washing and seasoning again. Also masks sure the tawa is at right temperature for dosa. Check by sprinkling water

I really love all these ideas.. very helpful!! I use frozen coconut for kootu, sambhar masala. The instruction on the coconut packet says do not refreeze after thawing.. do you use fresh coconut or desiccated coconut for your grinding?
