The fire started coming out of the burners below. What is this?!!!
That video sucked!
Can you check my oven and give me an answer, how do you think it is having a problem that it does not reach the temperature?
Where can I buy it?
I have a double stack that blows the fuses , I disconnect the motor in the back and my fuses quit popping but the motor works fine . My fuse blows every time . Any ideas? Thanks
Yea the motor itself is gona go ina bit, producing higher than usual amperages. Happens. You'd have to get it rewound or change the motor soon enough
Thanks so much for making these movies. As a residential tech starting to take commercial work, I found this series extremely helpful. Thanks for taking the time.
Thank You very much, you saved me $900 Bucks because I thought my deep fryer was done, I watched your video and did exactly what you said and now I’m back up and running.💪🏾
Question why I don’t get 120 volts to my transformer on my south bend conventional oven
Any tips on how to clean the back part (where the heat comes out)?
Thank you sir.. I'm 62 and yet this 10yrs old video taught me what I needed to know.. 🎉
I’ve got a Pitco fryer that has a loud boom coming from the back/exhaust after replacing the gas valve. Fryer works good other than the backfire
Changed ignition module but pilot does not light, how to fix that?
Excelent and great info
Two of the best in the industry who I was lucky enough to work with through RFMA! Great job, my friends!
I have to admit I even got a little choked up at the end! Love you guys!
Thanks for this video. I have a set of rocker switches behind the steering wheel on my boat that I can't even see. Now I know what the tab connections look like so MAYBE I can trigger them to remove them...

Hello, thank you for your contribution to us do it yourself guys. I have just purchased a Hobart bowl chopper (Buffalo chopper) model 84186. I want to service it before I use it. The only way to access the two oil reservoirs is to turn the machine on its back and remove the bottom cover. There is a drain plug on the bottom of each reservoir but no fill level hole or sight glass, how do know what the oil level is at. Also what type of oil do I use. Thanks for any help you can provide, I cannot find information anywhere. All the best, Joe.
Is there a tutorial for cleaning the fryer itself thank you
No comments? Wow. Well that was amazing. Insight that I have never heard before. Being in this industry for 41 years, I never heard these kinds of statements from people with strong influences regarding this industry. I shared this on my Linkd in account. Finally, I haven't found one software program that works. They all suck except Roopairs. This one is the one a service provider can use effectively and efficiently. Good luck to you all....great job
I'm not getting anything but a -Ol no sound or anything but the imperial oven heats up just every once in a while will shut off or cool off during the middle of cooking
You do any videos on the Hobart ovens
You have any tutorials on the Hobart convection oven gas safety valve
Can you tell me y my fry is only going to 157 and not 180
How much oil? Mine does not show the level
Congratulations
We need restaurant equipment repair here in Mendocino County!! Just kidding..too far for you guys!
How do you adjust the flame on the oven down below? Mine is out of control! Please help.
Very informative. Thank you for the video
No help. My natural gas regulator does not have that screw cap.
Dont know anything more than I did 1 minute ago.
What do you do if you have missed fire and it shuts off ?
Thanks, I’ll give it a try
Hi there. I am having the same probe problem with my conveyor oven. I cannot see the video here to fix it. Can you post a link. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Retaining techs💀💀 man y’all losing techs like crazy in the west coast because the raises are bs the pay is garbage, the workload is insane, management sucks, and all of these giveaways instead of actual bonuses makes people lose respect for you. Even Albertsons, and krogers are getting sick of it at every call I went to they did not like how smartcare operates out here. Even to the point of cutting back on RO installation and regular filtration maintenance
