🔸It all starts with balance - Sometimes candid leadership is called for and other times it needs to be drive by compassion.
Either way it is all about providing help to your team.
🔸 Regardless of the method being used, you are trying to help them realize how good they can be.
🔸 One Size Doesn't Fit All - You must learn different ways to manage to get results. Is it the candid approach or a compassionate approach? It usually depends on the person and what will they respond to best.
Both styles seek results, so balance it and blend your approach.
