It's always a great feeling when you can look back and smile about the success your career has brought or is currently bringing you, and results you have achieved in a tough line of work.
In this episode, Danny shares what career success has meant to him and how he defines it.
"I look back at 40 plus years in this industry and have 4 main pillars that have defined my success throughout my career.
My career in facilities management has given me opportunity to provide for my family. Not rich, not poor but stable income that my family can enjoy."
"The chance to lead a team with limited experience, watch them grow, become a top department and then after that see all of them go on to bigger things and see some of them leading teams today. They were smart, hard working, and willing to learn, and I can not be prouder of them for all their success and growth. "
"Having the opportunity to still help some of those people long after we both work for different companies. I mention some of those people today where their contact was with me to assist in some way. Been many years since I worked with some of them, but they choose me to reach out to. It doesn't get any better than that."
