Very true. People in the comment section claiming to use ‘any’ onion in Mexican food, it just shows that they don’t know what they are doing. Would be funny to see a salsa with yellow onions though 😂 lmao

Great idea. I like both these AND raw garlic for cooking. It's but DANGEROUS to use raw garlic.

So what he is saying is people can’t read? If one shop only sells cinnamon and one shop clearly differentiates it’s the buyers fault for not reading the package. But instead he likes to lead with a misleading comment like shops are trying to trick people. All about the clicks

Ohhhhh I’ve been doing it wrong so you don’t submerge the pan in water and put your protein in then. Everyone understands the premise of sautéing!!

Thanks Rick for this delightful recipe. I'd eat tongue with anything, capers, cornichons... This is a really good one to fry up in cubes to increase more crispy surfaces. My Mexican husband thinks it's the way to go.✌👍

I use to love watching your show on PBS when I was little, my parents immigrated from Mexico and when I was younger there was a lot more racism towards Mexicans where I live so it was so cool for me as a kid to see this American man on TV be so passionate and in love with Mexico and its cuisine! Thank you😊
