大家好, 我是May, 一個愛吃, 愛烘焙的家庭主婦, 資深貓奴, 這裡想跟大家分享一些自己喜歡的食譜, 和烘焙, 煮食小心得和經驗.

我愛自家製, 因為我愛吃, 對吃要求比較高, 多面買的好多都不合我心意. 我堅信絕大部份自家製的東西會比外面買的好吃, 不是因為用愛去做這麼抽象的東西, 而是自家製會選比較好的材料, 不計成本, 沒有多餘添加物, 而且能吃到最新鮮的, 怎會不好吃呢?

烘焙是沒有捷徑的, 沒人天生就是烘焙大師, 一定要經過無數失敗, 一點一滴地累積經驗, 慢慢研究理解箇中的原理, 去了解食材的特性, 這些才是成功的秘訣. 所以, 不要害怕失敗, 放膽去做, 去享受過程, 你會發掘到烘焙的樂趣.

此外, 食譜只有難度高一點和難度低一點的分別, 沒有零失敗的. 再簡單再好的食譜, 不用心去做, 亂改配方, 不細讀食譜流程, 也是會失敗的哦.

    i have not seen waffles using cake flour! that looks, and sounds, better than waffles using AP flour!

    这个配方真的非常完美。我在基础上又加了一些柠檬汁(另一个配方说是1勺白醋,我挤了半个柠檬代替),我觉得口感更佳。

    請問第一種做酸奶的方式,可放進電鍋用保溫的方式製作嗎?電鍋中需放水嗎? 第二種做酸奶的方式,若是夏天放在室溫30分鐘會容易壞掉嗎?

    請問為什麼原味、抹茶用130度烘烤,巧克力用170度呢? 用高溫烘烤有助餅乾紋路定型嗎?

    Beautiful. Looks like a cross between a soufflé and a sponge cake. I imagine you could use other flavoring besides vanilla, such as lemon or almond extract, and it would be quite good! One question regarding baking/temperature changes: When you lower the oven temperature for the second and fourth bake times, and raise it back up in between, the oven temperature will naturally take some time to adjust; does the cake remain in the oven throughout those various temperature changes? For the very last 10 minutes when the instructions say to let the cake rest, is the oven on the low temperature or turned off? Thank you for this lovely recipe. Can’t wait to try it out on my husband!

    Well done! I like the insides, nicely executed - just moist (and hopefully spongy), not mushy wet as in some other YT videos which I find hugely unappealing.

    I have trouble with the mochi balls rising. Mines come out hard like rocks and no holes on the inside. I use the standard convection oven that comes attached to a stove. Do you have any solution?
