Really good pace and range of activities. I like best 30 mins full body Pilates, with no equipment, or with weights or bands.

Great pilates workout not too intense but challenging enough for my 65 year old body, I love to follow 30 minute pilates intermediate classes as long as they are not too intense or too fast.

Thank you so much Denise, yes this is a challenging class, but not as intense as other of my classes - I like to keep it on the intermediate level, but make sure that some of my workouts are not too intense, so there is something for everyone🤗 thank you so much for your comment, I am happy to create more videos like this in the future🙏🏼 have a great day💛

It would be helpful if you stopped repeating inhale 2345 exhale.... it makes the workout feel long and it gets annoying saying it twice is enough but the workout itself was nice

It's funny you are saying this, because I recently realized that this is super annoying, which is why I stopped doing that for my latest workouts🙈 so yes, this won't happen again, because I don't like it either, but didn't realize that in the beginning😊 it also takes some time to figure out how to make a good voice over😊 but thanks a lot for your Feedback, I really appreciate it and I am happy you enjoyed the rest of the workout😊
