This 30 min full body pilates workout will help you gain strength and flexibility, while burning fat. If you need a break, feel free to take a gentle child's pose whenever you feel like it!

Thank you for this workout! Although I do feel a bit of pain on my hip when we do the exercise on our sides, I keep trying to not skip anything. The feeling afterwards is unique :)

I practiced pilates for 3 months and I took a very long break. recently I wanted to start pilates again and I saw your channel and I decided to give it a try and unfortunately I only lasted 13 mins

That was a nice and quite intense short one for a running late day :) Thanks Nathalie. I keep struggling with the side kneeling part bringing the other leg to the front ans back ;(

Happy you enjoyed this one, even though it's quite a short one for you 😅 if you want to progress in the side kneeling exercises I suggest you work with resistance bands (doing movements like hip abduction, fire hydrants, etc) which can help you strengthen especially your side glutes, meaning gluteus minimus & medius, which play a big role here🤗 or you do the side kneeling movement not on your knee, but laying down on your hip - f.e. the hot potatoe exercise is great one for it as well 💛
