When heard her say it was intense, I clearly have a new definition of what that means. 😃 You get right into the classes with downward dogs and I thought I was strong. So now, i am new subscriber.

i always avoid ab workouts that have planks in them because my shoulders are sooo weak, but i tried to get through this and omg that burn was unreal !! 🔥🔥
