    I'm a middle aged man, and I have no shame in saying this was a great workout! I'm very inflexible by nature, so incorporating the stretch/lengthening of pilates is great for me and my back!

    I never said you can *grow* your booty with these exercises. I know that you have to lift weights, focus on progressive overload and hypertrophy if you really want to grow your glutes or any other muscle in your body - however, you can still shape & tone your muscles without any equipment while working on your muscle endurance (we just do more reps). These exercises still traget your lower body muscles and you can also get results from workouts without any equipment! 🤗
