Work your entire core at home with this 30-minute Pilates Abs & Core Workout! If you want a flat belly, toned abs, build more strength or lose weight, then this pilates workout is perfect for you!
Find synchronicity in your movement and your breath, find your own rhythm and take breaks whenever you need to! In today's pilates mat class we are going to focus on the entire core using a set of different pilates exercises which target your upper, middle, lower and side abs and a little bit of your back muscles as well!     Hi Nathalie, great classes, will appreciate if you can go up in intensity to the point where you are really challenging yourself (call it extreme or whatever...). Would be nice to have them for the full range in duration - 20, 30, 45, 1h, 1.5h - thanks so much
