Tone your entire body with this 60 minute at-home intense pilates workout! If you want to sculpt your arms, shoulders, abs, back, legs and booty then you are in the right place! This 1-hour full body pilates mat workout can be done at home or anywhere you want, as you don’t need any equipment. As always, we are going to start with a gentle warm-up, followed by an intense pilates workout where we work all big muscle groups and we will close this class with some nice stretching to cool down!
In this one hour full body pilates workout we are moving with the breath, enjoying the burn to feel wonderful during and after the practice. Feel free to pause the video at any time, take a break and return when you feel ready. Listen to your body and enjoy this full body workout at home! Let me know how you liked it!!

Gentle and chill training
Thank you for an amazing workout! Guys, this is not only pilates, it is yoga inspired pilates, I think, and it not only BURNS calories, but also stretches and relaxes your sore muscles like magic and I keep coming back at it on days that I want to do an intense full body workout which would not only work my overall muscles but also relax, stretch and ease the pain for my sore muscles from previous strenuous activities I had been regularly doing. I don't need a message session any more, this one just makes me feel rejuvenated... Loving it!

This isn't the usual pace of my workouts. I needed something slower as my muscles are still a but sore from last week. Still intense love the core focus and breathing cues really helps me focus and your relaxing voice helps too

I'm 70 and have done weights, cardio and yoga my whole life. Since developing a case of tennis elbow I had to work around the injury, so I put down the weights. I suffered total separation anxiety from losing my old pals, thinking my body' would certainly go to hell. Then I tried your workouts. Thank you Nathalie, I'm a Pilates convert. Pilates is so much better for us older folks where core strength and balance is so important. My doctor says that the worst thing that can happen as we age is falling, something that will literally put you out of the game.

I'm happy you enjoyed it Ruxandra 🥰🙏🏼 and I feel grateful to be a part of your journey! I think that a combination of pilates and yoga works best for losing weight! Doing more intense and sweaty pilates workouts will not only help you burn calories, but also gain strength - and the more muscles you gain, the more calories you can burn and therefore lose weight (or fat, because we don't want to lose muscles right?🙈) And combining pilates workouts with yoga works realpy great, because yoga is also a wonderful way to move your body, gain flexibility & body awareness and besides the physical benefits and can help you on an emotional level as well - it reduces stress, anxiety and helps you feel more balanced. All of these things are realpy helpful when you have a specific goal in mind ♥️ wish you all the best, let me know if you have any further questions!

Wonderful pilates workout its 5am and I feel exhilarated and like a brand new woman!
This was a very challenging yet manageable workout! I really enjoyed it immensely! I hope to do this workout again as it covers toning of all body parts.

I want to ask you, would it be good if I did ("full body pilates" )every day for five or six days, the same exercises and the same muscles, because I know that the muscle we worked out should rest at least a day after working out?

This depends on your body type and metabolism, but I would say 300-600 calories roughly 😊

I kept waiting for the intense part😂😂 it's ok for total begginners I guess, but was little bit of waste of time for me. Perhaps adding some weights to it ...
Would not recommend it - the workout is too slow and unbalanced, and several exercises are either too intense for a particular muscle or doesn't do anything. Also, stretches don't match exercises - why do forward fold after intensive ABC work?
