BEST HOUR PILATES WORKOUT YET! This is the first 60 min pilates video I have been able to do all the way through without almost passing out by the end. So so amazing. Absolutely amazing! I am used to weight training but due to an injury of my knee, I have been looking for alternatives. This strengthening Pilates workout was challenging and this was exactly what I wanted.

Wow. This is everything I've been looking for over the years. Strength using body weight, strong lines, And flexibility. It was very hard - I'm out of shape! The pace was great too even though I did curse at you a bit, lol. I'll be doing this one again! Thank you ❤️
