Welcome to your 60 min Intense Full Body Yoga Inspired Pilates Workout! A nice warm up and cool down stretch at the end is included! Through yoga (asana) inspired movements combined with pilates exercises you are going to stretch and strengthen your entire body, while getting lean and strong at the same time (no equipment)!
This intermediate 60 min Yoga Pilates workout routine will challenge your entire body, but it will leave you happy and satisfied after you pushed through. All you need today is a yoga mat or any other anti slippery mat, you need yourself, an hour of your time and some motivation!

Holy cow! This workout kicked my booty! I was shaking a little over halfway through and wasn't able to do all of the workout. I did do the majority of it and made my way through it! I look forward to being able to do this without breaks and crying. lol
might just be me, but I prefer videos like this (no music/VERY light music) because I can play my own music AND let you talk me along the workout. Either way, I love your pilates / yoga / yoga pilates videos. these are some good workouts🥰

second class with you , im gonna do all of your intense workout 😍 i m training for a very longtime with a lot of fitness instructor on youtube and what i love with your classes is that you are really taking time for a good warm up and cool down after workout it's very complete and one hour workout is perfect .Your exercises are very spicy we feeling the burn perfectly , your explanations are very clear also .I'll incorporate your pilate workout in my routine Big big thank you keep up the good work 🥰🥰

Working out like this used to be such a piece of cake for me. This class was hard for me to complete and I took a ton of breaks in between. I'm sad I'm not where I used to be, but I hope to work up to this again by the summer. I usually do 20 minutes but will need to work up to this level again because I may be too sore to workout tomorrow lol! Great class! I'm just not what I used to be and this looked fun. Just slightly out of my reach right now.

Just finished this workout and I’m almost dead! 😅🙈 To be honest I had to take few breaks to catch my breath and also have skipped few exercises in the end, but I was doing my best lol Thank you for one more amazing workout 💜 I hope with practice I will be able to do it properly one day 🌿☀️✨

Dear Natalie, thanks a lot for great workout, this is my favourite type: 1 hour total body with peaceful pace. I feel great, strong and beautiful after. Hi Nathalie. I like your videos very much. Thank you. Would you consider doing a Yoga Pilates video that emphasizes Yoga more than Pilates? Like, more triangle/revolved triangle/warrior 2 & 3 & reversed/half-moon/tree, etc. I bet you could work up a wicked good standing pose flow that is plenty challenging, in addition to the great corework from some Pilates! :)

i did this today but my body just couldn't go on and was feeling tired. i managed to complete 35mins of the session. but i will definitely continue and complete the remainder tomorrow 💪🏽💪🏽

No worries dear!! I totally understand - this is a very long and intense workout and you really have to be in the mood for it and if you feel tired, there is also no point in trying to push through! I'm happy you are listening to your body and stopped when it didn't feel right anymore! You can always come back another time when you feel better! Lots of love to you and have a great day :)

This workout was not that hard as i have been doing both ypga and pilates classes quite frequently here on youtubr.com. the only trouble i had was on the mermaid stretch. Hopefully i will be that flexible to be able to do the mermaid and beyond in the near future! Thsnk you so much!
