This 60 MINUTE FULL BODY PILATES WORKOUT is a great way to get STRONG at home without the use of any equipment! This intense workout class is going to tone your entire body and it will make you feel the burn for sure! As always, a warm up in the beginning and cool down at the end are included and feel free to take breaks and pause the video whenever you need to! You're definitely one of THE BEST pilates instructors on YT providing full length, challenging, well thought-out and instructive videos. I can really tell you're a true pilates instructor with the excellent narrative that helps guide me whilst ensuring my posture, form and breathing are properly executed throughout. Although I don't know if you still plan to continue with YT videos as it seems like there aren't any recent uploads anymore, I just wanted to say THANK YOU all the same for all the videos you have pushed out before. They're amazing and have really helped contribute to my fitness goals. I'm sure they took a lot of time and effort to put together!
Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzread.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
It was so good and I love Pilates. First I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it because I'll be 70 yrs on April but I made it! It was very challenging but great. Thank you for your workouts.

Exactly as described, intense and full body, glad others found it challenging too. I nearly died when I checked the time part way and discovered we were only half way through but luckily it got slightly easier at that point. Definitely feel better for it and we get our money's worth as we say in England even though we're not actually paying anything for these great classes. Thank you so much. 💛

Dear Natalie, many thanks for this! I love the pace and diversity of your moves. I'll never be as fit as you, so I hope it's okay to adjust some of your exercises to my own level (e.g., lifting leg on the side while standing on the opposite arm is something that I simply cannot do, so I do the same exercise on the ground). Hi Nathalie, this was fabulous! Worked on all my muscles with such intensity, challenge and pleasure from moving at the same time. Although I have been practicing pilates for 2 years daily, this workout was tough! After some workouts with different teachers I used to have a feeling that I want a bit more challenge but not with your workouts! Your workouts are designed perfectly to give immense challenge and enjoyment, no matter the length. Take care ❤️❤️❤️

Pilates really balance/compliment high impact or heavy lifting.... I feel when I balance my weight training with Pilates, I just feel stronger and healthier overall, when I just do weights I feel edgy and irritable
