Guys wether it increases attraction or not it works. I cut her off last week by telling her to stop contacting me because I need complete separation (she’d been sending breadcrumbs). You’ll feel better if you do it because you’ll get your mind back. From there just manage your conscience(the conscious things you can control). Go to church, go to the gym, read books, hang with friends, learn about yourself, learn about relationships, just work on becoming all around better (good, well rounded men are scarce)! You’ll feel better and wether or not she comes back around you’ll be ready for whatever life has in store for you at that point! Stay tough but be patient!😤

Going through a 5 year break up … was no contact for six month broke it yesterday but I didn’t call her she called me crying how much she want me back . My ex was VERY mercurial during our relationship. It was just her personality. She is a house cat in this sense. There was a time I became very indifferent towards her and withdrew at home, and I barely texted her from work. She started exploding MY phone trying to seduce me while I was at work. You guys aren't lying, I chased my ex for 2 months, no luck, finally got blocked on everything and instead of making fake accounts, resorting to email etc. like I did intitiallly, I let her go, started working out, painting pictures, riding horses, looking at motorbikes, making funny tictocs, got promoted at work. I noticed 3 weeks later one of her gf's checked out my page so I blocked her, 2 days later my ex unblocked me and is now looking at my profile lol. I've heard the quickest way to gain someone's attention is to remove yours.

Reminiscing about the pain you passing through, because have been in your situation, i even got depressed when the situation got out of my hands, but the situations did not go out of the hands of a spell caster that helped me detect where the problem was coming from and helping me clear the problem, there something that is affecting your relationship you do not know, and helping you solving the problems I promise you, you can ask me how to get contact with him

Much of the time a woman is coming back for one reason after you brake-up with her and that is to regain her power. She will be a wonderful wife/GF for a few weeks, and suddenly and for no reason, she will dump you and walk away. Her power is restored. Game over. She wins -- you lose. Never take a woman back!

There is a grl who isn’t interested in me that I really liked and really showed her I do by my actions, but times like that means you should just walk away and be distant around them, if they care they’ll make a effort to come back if they don’t than they just never were yours to begin with. This worked exactly as stated in video the first time. She came back 7-8 months later. Fast forward 3 yrs from then, here we are again. Although this time I dont think she'll come back, why would she, she gave it another chance, didnt work out, it was more of the same really. But thats cool too, lets just throw 7 yrs down the drain together. They always leave you at your lowest, and you are left picking up pieces. Dont get too comfy my kings, and never get down low enough where you cant automatically rebound. Keep working on yourself, wether you solo or with someone. You are #1 to yourself. We just havent met right people yet that offer their love unconditionally. PS. Its been just over 2 months since she left, sent a breakup text and changed sim cards/phone number. And off the social media. We zero dark thirty up in this bihh.

I acted way to needy after she broke up with me but it was because I still loved her sent emails left voicemails etc I need to level up and walk away for good

A lot of great facts, My girlfriend dumped me after 2 and a 1/2 years , 4 + weeks ago. The hardest thing was is that my girl had a lot of trauma from being a child 8 until 18. Her mom was nasty and mentally abusive and said something no person should say to their child.. When I try to talk to her she would take what I say as a personal attack and tell me that she gets triggered by it or shut down. We agreed to do couples counseling, The therapist told her that she needs to work on learning how to separate her mom from me. If I tell her that I'm frustrated about something, She needs to learn how to process that I'm not saying it in the same way that her mom did And that would go for anything I say. I never spoke with hate or malice or intentions of hurting. I always try to find ways to talk to her because I always told her when we 1st met that communication is the most biggest thing relationships need. That we don't have to agree about everything but we do need to make compromises and make sure are doing things that are best for our relationship. That it's not about who's right or wrong it's about just working together. Long story short her trauma due to her mother affected our relationship. And sadly she was unable to move on with things because she would hold onto grudges which are unhealthy for a relationship. I loved her with everything I was. Relationships are about compromises, working together and communicating. I have never loved a woman the way I loved her, And even with things got tough or hard I never gave up. The hardest thing she ever said to me was is she gave all the effort and love in the beginning but had no more in the end. She let me know that she only had so much effort and lovely given to a relationship. I was not perfect but I was a good man, I always told her I just want to understand And I just wanted to be the best person that I could be for her. The hardest thing was when she told the therapist that she agreed that 90% of her relationship she was happy with. And while she felt the 10% needed work it was workable, Though she gave up after 3 sessions. Now mind you she already broke up with me 2 months beforehand. Which again Caught me off guard. I'll mind you almost 2 weeks later we went to ocean cithe ocean city for a vacation that we already had planned. We were about an hour away from arriving and we stopped at a barbecue place. When I got out of the car she walked up towards me and gave me a hug and says I love you and we're gonna Get through this together. Everything was going fine we had a great time in ocean city. And the whole time since she said nothing but I love you to you and how happy she was that we were working with things and making a better future Together. So the Wednesday before July 4th weekend we went out for a usual date night, We went to a nice brewery that we'd like to go to every once in a while. We showed a lot of affection to one another as we always do when we go out in public. We were also laughing and having great time and making plans That we wanted to do together. We already had it in the books for months before That we will be going to New Orleans together because she's been and I never have. But we both like spicy Cajun food. After a date night we got home and relaxed and It talked about how much for great time we had. We both agreed that next week would be even more fun. We both got home and relaxed a little before going to bed, Told one another that we loved 1 another and had a great night together and looked forward to the following date night. The next day we're texting back-and-forth while she's at work and for me work at home. We texted throughout the day Asking how one another's day is going, With I love you always included. She did let me know that she was running a little bit late that night which was Thursday now one day after date night. Told her new words to please drive safely and that I love her and I'll see her when she gets home as she replied the same way. Once she got home we exchanged hugs and kisses asked about one of those day and said I love you. I was very excited to see her as she was very excited to see me as she was giggling and laughing. We went to sit down and she started laughing and saying how cute adorable I am when I eat. I told her thank you that I love her and she says I love you too. Not 15 seconds later go by that I ask her how she been doing how she really been doing. That's when she told me I'm glad you asked I wanted to talk to you about something.... I was like sure hon you can talk to me about anything. That's when she crushed my world and told me that she can no longer be with me. The most worst thing is knowing that someone can love you and then turn it off like a light switch. I remember the night that she told me and she left. There is no such thing as a perfect relationship I know that I always have. But a relationship does involve working. We already had a great foundation, Though I feel like those 2 months she was lying to me that she loved me. And granted this is the woman I wanted to grow old with, I was never more sure about anything in my life except for her. This time next year I would have been proposing to her at her family's summer party. I feel like she's the girl that got away. I still wonder if there's Things more I could have done. I was already happy with who I was, She just complimented my life It felt things with her own levels that I've never experienced to my life. And even more than anything I would have been proud and happy to call her my wife. Apologies did not mean to rent. I'm literally losing my mind, I was very happy of myself before I met her, though she made my life just that much better. We complimented one another very well in everything. Even her family kept asking me when we going to get married because her family even loved me. I feel I've lost both my bestfriend/ GF and a great second family that was just really loved my character and how happy I made her. When I saw her 2 weeks ago she cut her and deleted any and all pictures of me from her Facebook, like I never existed.

I begged and pleaded. Never works. Walk away. Havent spoken to her since Feb. She did an indirect direct message. I ignored it as she served me seperation papers through her lawyers. Couldnt be happier being single.

Man I done it all, fought her boyfriend, called her the C word , cried , begged and pleaded. It’s been almost 2 years post break and I’ve never been successful at no contact . Do you think it would still have the same affect after this king and all my mistakes?

She broke up with me 2 months ago. I went into no contact immediately and shes reached out indirectly 3 times now. One of those times was a casual check in and the last time was her dog was attacked by the neighbors dog. I feel shes trying to get me to chase but i remain steadfast. Yes, I made mistakes in being too available almost everyday & as a result, she takes me for granted in not valuing my time & effort as I took a self esteem hit as I really felt it. She was not matching my same level of energy or being reciprocal after I tried to show her love so after that, I had matched the same level of energy so as I ran into her 2 other separate times & then as she sees me, she expects me to approach & come up to her but she did not expect that I will show her the complete opposite as I did a complete 360 takeaway & I said to myself no as I pulled away in keeping my distance & used the other people as fuel as I was clearly disrespected. I was exhausted because of this & with my work. I have not been the same since then.

As I recently entered an area, she was in fact cockblocking me as she expects me to approach her as she was in fact using others without their knowledge & then thinks that by using them in interfering that I was going for that as this was clearly spotted beyond a mile away. Her plan in doing this DID NOT WORK as as I kept my distance. This is clearly a false class female who is just an attention whore as I already charged her to the game by getting rid of her & dumping her. If she was truly interested, we would already had one & one discussions under the privacy. She was obviously trying to get something out of me because she sees me as very attractive. She has done this to other guys before. It's pretty obvious.

It's hard atimes when thinking about the good old days, but I always do my best not to contact her at all.i try to distract myself with things to do,just trying to interact with other people more... Like they say "fake it till you make it" 😁

i got blocked on everything because she had monkey branched to a rebound guy. i sent 2 letter over the course of three months. been in NC for 2 months now and am genuinely a better person and shes in a full relationship with the pther guy. im 100 percent sure she will never contact me again but im also 100 sure i will never brake no contact. its hard caus she also lives in my street. i know if i didnt do the letter id have her back by now, i think knowing that i fucked up (with the letter) makes it even harder

Let’s say we don’t even bother looking at her profile but we post inspirational stuff every day so she gets a feed off of it like she gets to watch it and connect by proxy what about stopping Facebook altogether even though inspirational posts help us?

I'd like to think I give mystery in my relationships. I go about and mind my business but, when it comes to me dealing with some men, that mystery I have for some reason, leads them to accuse me, try to put me down & place their insecurities on me😡 but when I make myself available to them, they mishandle me. You did the right thing Tony. It’s good that you recognize your mistakes. You definitely put yourself in the friend zone without the intimacy. That’s a big mistake. It sounds like she might be back, but never accept the friend zone.

I was in the same boat. Ltr with no intimacy, she's older so that has something to do with it. It was more painful to be in the friend zone than to not have any contact with her. I wanted it the way it used to be. Broke it off a few weeks ago, it's been tough, but I'm looking forward to new opportunities and a chance to meet someone that meets at least basic human needs.

You did the right thing. Never accept the Friend Zone. Being her friend means you are now one of her orbiters and you get to watch as she flaunts her "starting lineup" in front of you. Once you're out of the "starting lineup" -- you're done. She isn't bringing you back. Walk away on your terms, with your self-respect and dignity. NO CONTACT!

Just so you know, my ex-boyfriend put me in the Friend Zone because he tried but couldn't be intimate. Has a history of poor relationships to where he just stopped trying. I had to let him go and yes, I walked away.

I went to the gym got my body right and maintained. I care but don't care to worry about her but I have kids with her but the drama she likes to create I don't want to call it's just toxic drama I don't wanna deal with that. I'm not playing this game and it's been yrs and call to speak to my kids to be ignored when I call to speak to my kids ugggh drama!!!!

All very well but I ain't gonna be buying any new car anytime soon. I'm retired - 64 - I'm very fit ( ex forces and former boxer ) and look younger I'm told. She's 57 and looks 10 years younger. Man she is gorgeous. There were tears and hugs all over the place when she left my lovely home in the countryside after 6 years of happiness. I mean it was bliss. I was so content.
