i’m back after 5 months no contact. shes back. advice to all the boys. MOVE ON. i stopped watching no contact and started talking to other girls and building my rotation. it came to the point where u completely blocked her out of my life and forgot about her. last weekend I saw her a concert, we talked made out and i took her home. we have another date set up for next week. I am currently dating 2 other chicks who i like a lot so i am probably not even going to let her come back. she can probably feel this vibe from me which is what led to her trying to get me back in the first place. stay strong boys meditate work on yourself i promise she will be back, once you actually move on.

My EX GF broke up with me for no reason stated. I since then deactivated all my social media accounts and have not talked to her for 3 months. She told me she didn’t want me anymore she felt like she was settling and she bounced lol. She reached out to try to give me items I forgot I even had at her place.. I ignored her left her messages on read.. I didn’t want to entertain her and play games. She has been contacting my mom from time to time texting her. Checking in.. @CEBI I don't understand it either! She said there's a lot she wants to apologize for, I told her I just wanted to catch up not talk about what happened. This Sunday she's making me dinner at her place and if she's truly sorry she'll make an attempt to apologize. We spoke on the phone so I could schedule the meetup & she said how she was super depressed in February, didn't say it was because of the breakup so idk. She didn't exactly leave me but we were arguing a lot and we were both fed up. I kicked her out after she got physically abusive one night. So she got her own place and then another argument before she left ended with her hitting my car.. I can understand the stress she had from work but to hit my car?? I can't trust she won't betray me like that again in the future. I think it's best we both move on, even though I still love her. I'll update you monday my guy. 3 months no contact..i didnt initiate so its been easy not talking to somebody who blocks you and uses silent treatment to punish..i didnt act needy..didnt chase..but i called her out and put her in her place the last time we spoke....if they dont reach out..someone else will..this shit is funny..it sucks in the beginning but if they leave you..it really is an opportunity for something better..

Holy hell...without the violence, this has pretty much described my recent break-up to a tee, except it happened without the NCR. We've tried to stay friends since, as expats, finding people who truly understand what it's like to live in a foreign country is a rare thing. But, man...these stages happened and went back & forth so much that I went into one hell of a depression and am still fighting my way out of it. I honestly wish I would've went NCR from the get-go and saved myself 2 months of her wanting to get back together and changing her mind at the drop of a hat 3 times. I even got cut-up, but it doesn't mean much since we can't gather due to Lockdowns and, TBH, I'm honestly still not in a place to give someone else a chance after this mess. So I assume this will work on men as well? Great video gentlemen. I'm on 3 weeks of NC. It was short term but the attraction & attachment was strong. We worked together & lived together. I moved out by my own choice even though he was the dumper. I saw no reason to stay when he stopped doing his part. 3rd party involved & I think I was the bandaid even though he didnt admit. I'm working out to distract myself. Training myself to hate him to get over it quicker. It hurts like hell but what can I do. Radio silence now. I dont do social media either so I just fell face from the earth.
