I had a coaching session with these two last Monday. Very professional. It was great talking to men. I was concerned about what to do when my ex contacted me. I wanted to be prepared so I wouldn’t be anxious. I assumed it would be a nasty text because she’s pretty toxic. They advised that I should be prepared for her to show up at one of my hangouts. Needless to say on Saturday, she did a walk by at my local waterhole and gave me the bird. As I was prepared for it, I simply didn’t react.

Your time is the real prize. Do not waste it on someone who doesn’t appreciate you. I’ve made the mistake of contacting an ex, stopping by their house etc. terrible idea. Give em an ass load of distance and time. Meanwhile utilize that time to improve…lose weight, get buff, focus on work, travel, family etc. Let em know u have a life apart from them.

Y’all made this video with perfect timing. My ex and I were on and off for a bit and this past weekend she decided to leave me. Packed her shit up and just left, didn’t say a word. These 6 months of no contact, I’ve hit the gym really hard, been getting leaner and working on becoming more attractive and posting my self improvement on social media. she started testing the waters the last few weeks (doing 100% of all contact initiation) *IMPORTANT* . I’ve had to go back to NC with mine. Sadly I’ll probably have to see her at some social gathering in the next couple of months. Don’t surround yourself around her, or the group. Easy. If you can, you can also be or ( act ) Indifferent to her if you want to continue to be a part of the group. If I was in your shoes I wouldn’t go out anymore knowing the woman can always find another man at any moment. With men it’s harder to find someone.

What if I’m trying to do no contact and he reaches out to me after 5 days of no contact, should I respond?

How do you know during NC when the girl reaches you out if it is just another validation attempt when she tries to check if you are still hooked or it is actually something valuable for you that can be worth to reply?

Im no expert but your where abouts shouldn't matter. A short "I'm doing good, How about you?" I'd ignore the what u been up to part and pretend you didn't see that piece of the text. There's really not a sure way of telling when or how someone will reply to your text. No matter how short, how long, how fast or how slow you texted them.

Yeah but no. You kinda come off as a prick in her eyes if you break up with her and then don’t reach out to her at all. In a situation like that you would have to let her know about your mistake. But there’s a specific way you have to do it without coming off as needy and giving her the upper hand.

So, after 8 weeks she (ex wife) called me last week. I missed it so she called our son to ask me if I could take her daughters to cheer practice because she had to work. I did. I did text her to tell her I was at the park with smallest daughter while older was at practice. When she got there there was no conversation just a thank you. Younger daughter asked me to send her a picture so I did after, no response since. WTF?! I’m confused.
