it’s been a year now since my ex of 11 years broke things off and walking away was hard for me even when she’d text me with breadcrumbs, but it was necessary. i’ve focused on my health and have dropped over 60 pounds. i enjoy going to the gym now and eating better has been beneficial for me. also, i’ve reconnected with friends and building a better relationship with my family. i have a better job now in the steel industry with a company that offers me better pay and room to grow. most importantly, i’m starting to feel happy again and it’s all overwhelming, but i deserve to be happy. walking away and focusing on myself to be a better and healthier person is paying off. thank you for the videos gentlemen 💯🤝

It was time to heal, and move on. Eleven years later, I have since met another man who did respect and didn’t do atrocities, and we’re now married.

Need advice on responding to someone who comes back after 3 months of no contact. I always kept my intentions clear with this girl about being attracted to her. But just like most, 2020 was a pretty rough year which she began to hang out with the wrong crowd and hit rock bottom. No matter what, I did what it took to actually prove I'm different than the rest which the last time we spoke, I stood my ground that I wasn't interested in friendship and walked away telling her if she changes her mind to let me know. It's been 3 months no contact, pure silence until... now, but knowing me i would call her out for ghosting, even though she said she had needed space so she can focus on herself leading to 8 1/2 months of sobriety. I focused on myself in the meantime by getting promoted at work during this time. But not sure how to handle this. So if yall could throw some advice, would be awesome

Keep up the good work king. In the meantime time stop counting the months of no contact and just keep improving yourself bro. Eventually you will run into a good woman this is also on the same self improvement path as you. If she ever comes back its gonna be up to you to see if she’s ready to follow your leadership and be your helpmeet. If she comes back for anything else than that, thank her for her time, wish her well on her future endeavours and keep it moving my guy, that’s a waste of time.

I said to mine when we broke up over the phone, I'm disappointed to hear that. If you change your mind, you let me know. And immediately went into no contact, no begging, pleading, etc. Have been for about 2 months now. Its hard as hell but its necessary.
