Ex came back to reconcile and said that she will prove me wrong had a few issues here and there but she wouldn't adjust or respect my boundaries, later found out she was talking to a co-worker and they hanged out she lied to me so after that I just walked away. No reason for me to stay in her life if she doesn't value and respect my worth.

I SO regret doing any of it. I blamed myself for everything and finally smartened up and realized that she's the one who lost out. She wants me back, then she'll have to contact me. The last lady I dated recently pulled the old "let's just be friends" BS and was a little surprised when I walked. She had told me many times that ALL of her exes remained friends... until me. Sorry if this will be a long comment. I just wanted to share my current situation I'm dealing with and I could use some advice from you guy's so I can figure out what my next move should be as more time passes. But anyways, I've been in radio silence with my ex since late November. I haven't watched any of my ex's social media posts/stories at all since then. I haven't even posted anything at all on my end. Then a family member of mine who follows my ex gf has told me that during the month of January, she was sharing songs that were about "regretting breaking up" and "come back to me" type shit. Her birthday came around in February. But I didn't greet her for it like most coaches would say. So I feel like she definitely felt angry or sad about it. Then this family member of mine sent me an screenshot of a quote that my ex shared last night that said "and one morning, your name didn't hurt, I didn't stalk you, I didn't miss you. I was finally happy." I feel like she did that to see if I would react to her in a mad way. In my opinion, if someone really didn't care anymore, they wouldn't post this type of shit. But of course, I didn't break to end up calling her out on that because I know I'm not a bad person and I never did anything bad to her enough for her to hate me that bad. I feel like this type of post is something someone would share after they get dumped or betrayed. But she doesn't even apply to neither one of those things because she's the one who dumped me 😬 So long sotry short, I've just been maintaining my silence as you guy's have recommended in this video and I'm seeing so many different signs with how it's all playing out. I'm debating on posting on social media again. But at the same time, I want to remain a mystery to her. I'm even wondering if I'll ever end up having to reach out to her at some point because I obviously still have feelings for her and I don't want to lose her in my life. I'm assuming she still has decently strong feelings for me because she even still has pictures up that relate to our past relationship. Update: I now noticed my ex is slowly starting to take down our old relationship photos. But she still has a few of them up today. She's been deleting a few every other month that has went by. She's still posting stories that have song lyrics about regretting breaking up with someone and missing an ex who was good to them. But my ex still hasn't reached out at all. I'm honestly starting to believe that I may have to reach out because my ex is a bit too scared to do it. My ex has always had the mindset growing up on the men should always court the women when it comes to relationships. All I can say is that no contact/radio silence works to a certain degree and is not always 100% guaranteed to get them back either. It definitely works on having ex partners miss/think of you during your absence in their life. Everyone's situation is so different. Some ex's may do the reaching out and some don't and you'd end up having to do it. It all depends really. I feel like I'm in the boat of having myself reach out cause it's already been a year of no contact for me.

I love watched a lot of videos of radio silence and I gotta say~ it helps both of you I broke up with 2 guys! First guy) begged and begged and begged to talk in person kept texting! Wouldn’t shut up! I couldn’t think! It was actually annoying because you weren’t respecting my decision and called BS that I was serious! I caved to talk way too early and caved in to trying again because my mind was foggy as it was. It failed again because nothing changed. It’s been years and we still text here and there but in all seriousness it’s gotten annoying because he sometimes sends inappropriate unsolicited memes that couples would send each other and I don’t see myself like that with him. It’s gross! 2nd guy) went bat shit crazy! He was already crazy. Texted non stop, called 150 times that night and I had to turn off my phone. I had to legit block him! It made me hate him actually! Men, do not hesitate for one moment to issue a restraining order against your female partner if you feel your safety and health is in jeopardy. You may not want to hear this but she is with other guys. They always have other guys lined up. If she does get back with you she has been doing all kinds of things with other guys . You should have dumped her as soon as you could see the signs. That's when they come back begging. You have to make women invest then they are reluctant to leave you also have to show a women you have options then they like you a whole lot more. It's funny because yesterday was my ex birthday. I sent her a HBD text, just because last week my grandma passed and she sent me a nice condolences text after like 8 months NC. Anyway as soon as I hit "send" I realized my mistake. I had an epiphany. I don't love her anymore, nor do I miss her. What I've felt since the break up was just my bruised ego, jealousy, envy, loneliness and fear. It clicked in that moment. In the last few months I've been working on myself, to be who I want and have the life I want, all without her. Meanwhile she been fucking Tarquavian in my bed acting like I don't exist anymore. Fine with me, it's time to move the fuck on. She replied "thanks!!" after 2 minutes but at that point I just didn't even care.

@@opusandtarquez Maybe a few videos on how one might have handled this sort of scenario back in the 90’s before all this social media crap. 20-30 years ago it was easy to ghost and be ghosted, and you might memorize someone’s license plate so you’d know whose Chevy Sprint was in front of you at a traffic light…etc. This might still apply today. My ex and I had this one thing in common and that was “social media is a disease!” I am only on Linkedin, and barely that. If she wants to stalk me there, go right ahead. I know she’ll be driving by my place, so I gotta stay nebulous and be busy. I want the girl back, but not so as to go back to how things were, but with new mechanisms in place to have a better relationship. And if not, I gotta govern myself in a way that gives me balls for the future. This applies unilaterally to every chump out there who still loves their insane ex’s.

As a woman I am human and I am not exempt from mistakes, but I can tell you in a handful of my last relationships, and never used the men, I loved, and never abused the men that I loved certainly never cheated. I was faithful, I was loyal, but every single one of them Were caught cheating, lying disrespecting me treating me dirty and foul and if these are the type of men you’re talking to you’re just teaching them to play more games.
