I've been working on myself ever since then, and all she did is try to forget about me and the situation, try to get over me quickly, and get with GIRLS I've decided not to pursue in the past oddly enough, but i knew she was pansexual. She has had bad relationships with men before me, and is monogamous. When I tried to talk about our issues again, she just gaslit me, so only is trying to justify her decision, rather than work on her mistakes. Very likely a dismisive avoidant as well. I've been learning a lot so that I can handle myself better in the future and not start anything with anyone if theyre not up to snuff. If I truly love someone, thats always true. In fact, once im sure that i know that person, and am committed, the only reasons id breakup with them is if its something acute, like a betrayal of cheating, or something chronic, like a problem that irks me that they never seem to improve on.

My situation is that I broke up with my ex in June…for very good reasons and it wasn’t a messy breakup by any means. My ex has a lot of work to do and I just hope he continues doing the work on himself and leveling up….our values aligned and we built so much together….but he was living a double life and didn’t face what he needed too and didn’t put that work in prior to getting into a relationship with me. And I’m not perfect here either, I did ignore red flags in the beginning so I’m learning too. I went no contact for 30 days after we broke up and then we started talking again but I just got sucked back in and there was still doubt and I had to walk away again. So I’m back in NC since Nov 1st. Hitting the gym and working on me. I got this. He has reached out a couple times but I’m pushing forward. I love him very much but I gotta love myself more rn. ♥️

Good info. Been using these tactics on a much younger ex. Shes in her feels bad. Got annoying actually to the point I had to actually talk to her and validate her a quick sec to make her stop going crazy long enough to realize she was going crazy! 14 months since my ex left for the THIRD time ( ouch....).No contact, saw her no more than 15 times ( same workplace).Working on myself, gym, looks. I would have not bothered hurting her....until last night a gf of hers came to me and told me that ex cheated on me, banging a way younger than her dude, and most of the times she left, it was for some other random dude. Im now 3months ish into NC and i have got multiple new jobs, joined gym and got a better physique, completely changed my style and cut my hair, I always post positive stuff and hanging out with friends eating out on my insta stories. Recently found out that she has unblocked me on FB sepcifically as she also blocked a friend of mine too, but only I am unblocked so taking that as a good sign i guess. I deactivated my FB to avoid lookin at hers but now considering reactivating to update it since my profile pics are from 2016 anyways 🙃 But Im still levelling up and gettin better, but as we all know the thoughts are ALWAYS there, and yea I still want her to come back and reach out. Hopefully she sees all my progress and reaches out soon! But at same time this progress has helped me too as im eating healthy and actually started meal prep, but i guess now once i start updating my FB it will be up to her and I will just keep going n watch to see what she will do 🙂 Thats the short sharp n shiny version thanx for the read 😀

What if they broke up with you cause they didn't like being called out on their crappy behaviour? The breakup was his fault but i think he's too defensive and embarrassed to admit any wrong doing so it's a bit of a stalemate. You should begin no contact with the intention of never seeing them again period.

I had young kids at the time of the break up so my ex could catch a glimpse of how things were going on at the house. I would have preferred to go NO CONTACT completely.

chick I dated for a couple of months last year pulled some nonsense and politically-driven nonsense at me, I stood on business and never looked back, she tried reaching out in the end of last year and she did he same jokes and disrespect; in that time I blocked her on all social media except for my cell. today 5 months later I get a message from her about some issue/situation that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I asked "why did you honestly reach out to me?....because the situation made absolutely no sense. she says something super slick and starts explaining what happened.... I simply told her, "I'm not playing this game again. I respected you leaving me and I moved on.... please don't ever contact me again." and I blocked...the good thing about therapy it's made my boundaries and self respect way stronger.

Is it too late for an older guy like me to move on and start anew? I know younger guys can easily bounce back after a break up, but for a guy in his 50's im hurting and feel depressed.

I would say the complete opposite. We’re actually coaching a guy right now who is in his 60’s who been picking up on 30 year olds. It’s definitely not all about looks or age.

I don't want my ex back. He told me I didn't have enough money and I am to fat .then he wanted me back I told him to keep her good bye. Since I stop talking to him I lost 2 stone. I try so hard to loss the fat when I was eith him .I am.lossing it for me now .stuff him if they walk away dont take them back they just do what they did before again. There always be someone better looking slimmer richer .if you wasn't enough for them the first time you never be enough. I learn the hard way

I always make fun of my relationship with Jillian simply because about 10 years ago when I was in my cake boy stage and I did the begging, crying, Drive-bys, clean slate letters, and everything else I could possibly do wrong. I never got her back but that was actually when I started learning about human behavior and how to get an ex back, confidence, I took a few life coaching classes, learned pick up, ect. So in a nutshell we never got back together but I am who I am today, and know what I know because of the break up. The breakup is what turned me into the bad ass that I am today and I couldn’t be more thankful for it. 💪🏽💪🏽🦈

What if I did no contact from the evening of the breakup. I kept in full no contact for 8 weeks. But she hit me up via text or phone every 1 to 3 days the entire time? When she would reach out I would try to book dates. She repeatedly flaked. Then 6 weeks after the breakup she agreed to a meet up and she flaked again. I had just started talking to a new female so slid her into the spot my ex flaked on and I slept with the new girl that night and the following Friday night. Then on Saturday night my ex texts me and say she wants to sleep with me. Then she asks if I've slept with anyone else. I hesitated to answer and so she knew I had. Then she broke down crying.

During no contact should I be posting on social media ? I almost never used to post on social media before. I have Twitter just to see sports news ect. Should I start posting about stuff I'm doing during no contact to get better ? Or should I be completely silent ?

They clicked . Sex good they get along. She was homeless. I had a problem in my body that affected our intimacy. Left our house. Started month or so ago w her. Together 5 years . Married 2 years. Walked way. He cried . But said he not coming bk. I begged. Not help. New gf n him get along lots in common..they lived in hotels . Now family n friends. My daughter had behavior issues.
