Hi! I'm Judy Cho, humbly serving as the People's Nutritionist. I am the author of Carnivore Cure and The Complete Carnivore Diet for Beginners and the founder of the Carnivore Summit. I am Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner focusing on root-cause healing starting with an all-meat elimination diet.

When it comes to food, I believe in marrying ideals and real-life. Wellness must be for all.

I firmly believe in food as medicine or food as a slow poison. I advocate holistic health, supporting evidence-based content around nutrition as a fundamental baseline of health and also exploring, the mind, body, spirit (faith) and our environment.

I don’t believe in living in echo chambers because diet and wellness is not dogma. We should be open to new ideas.

My community wants root-cause healing (like I have) and I'll serve with the talents God has given me to bring forth the topics to support you on your journey.

    I disagree about the Dexa scan. It tells you your fat % with great accuracy and how much visceral fat there is. Is it as good as an MRI? I'd say no. But my friend is with Dr. O'Mara and she pays $700 for an MRI up here in Canada. I paid $70 for a Dexa and got similar info. The cost to benefit ratio favors the Dexa IMHO.

    Love hearing you people complain and readings in the 90s, mine tops 200 and my A1C went up 2 points 90 days into carnivore. I really need some encouragement

    In 22 years ive had thousands of carnivore patients with 0% getting well on that diet. Ive never seen sick like this before. Those who listen and get off this deathly diet get well those who continue with the brain washing are gravely ill and most of them are no longer with us. Your choice those are the stats this not a game. Educate yourself and live

    No wonder living in a world were time is on the mind not switching off to thinking bout work getting up every morning weekends prove that's to to do with not relaxing thers too much talking all day mind is too active plus caffine..noise outside birds chirping babies up n the night thers no rest switching off getn up to the toilet lol😅😅😅

    Sodium drives all the cell transports of nutrients into the cells. But potassium drives the removal of toxins from the cells. Potassium is ignored and even feared by all doctors! People eat such little high potassium foods! Potassium levels in the cells is depleted in most people but serum levels will always remain the same! Doctors don't understand that the body removes any excess potassium through the urine. But you must consume excess amounts of potassium to replace what has been lost in the cells. For every atom of sodium that pushes nutrients into the cell, potassium comes out of the cell with the toxins that are acidic. Magnesium is an intracellular salt that works with potassium. All people are way to low in magnesium! When you loose too much magnesium in your cells, you cannot replace the potassium back into the cells. When you loose these salts, the serum levels will always stay normal until you have developed chronic disease like diabetes. Sodium is consumed more readily through processed foods. When sodium is the predominant salt that a person eats a day, then they get problems with hypertension and water retension! The water that the body retains is to help dilute the metabolic acids from the cells so the body is not damaged by them when there is not enough potassium to remove toxins from inside the cells. Sodium, potassium and magnesium work together to create a balance and as long as you drink lots of water and you consume all the salts in large enough amounts everyday, you will stay healthy! BUT TO TALK ABOUT CONSUMING SODIUM WITHOUT RISK AND WITHOUT TALKING ABOUT HOW TO GET ENOUGH POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM EVERYDAY, YOU ARE LEADING A LOT OF IGNORANT PEOPLE INTO A PUT OF CHRONIC DISEASE EARLIER IN THEIR LIVES! WITH THOSE WHO HAVE HEALTHY KIDNEYS AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER EVERYDAY, THERE IS NO RISK OF A DAILY OVER CONSUMPTION OF POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM. THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE THESE SALTS ARE USED IN DETOX! IF NOT ENOUGH WATER IS CONSUMED THE KIDNEYS ARE DAMAGED BY THE TOXINS. ONCE THIS HAPPENS THEN THE KIDNEYS ARE UNABLE TO BALANCE THE SALTS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE CELLS! THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A SHORTENED LIFE! BUT FEW DOCTORS TELL THEIR PATIENTS ANYTHING ABOUT THIS UNTIL THEIR KIDNEYS HAVE FAILED! Extra sodium and magnesium is vital to increase

    Why not get Dr. John McDougall on your show? Dr. Greger, Dr. Campbell or Dr. Neal Bernard. There are hundreds of whole food, plant based doctors who have decades of science standing behind them. I won't hold my breath though.

    Lier, lier, lier B12 doesn't only come from animals only. You guys are brain washed too. I was told by a doctor many meat eaters suffers from B12 deficency. Question where did the animal get there B12 from? Answer the plant!!As l said Mr flood Gates aka ( Bill Gates) is up to his sinister adgenda with his elites buddy's to feed people poisoned food after they changed the genes structure in the plants to kill the nutrient in it which kills us later and the beneficiaries are farmers, doctors, big pharmaceutical companies and the list, goes on.. to take down world population to their desire number point blank!!!!!

    You need absolutely no meat in the body to thrive healthy. You need to understand nutrition properly and eat a wide voriety of veggies fruits ,grain and nuts to sustain proper health. God made no mistake when He gives us the Genesis 1:29 diet, that is what the Hebrews boys had that stunned their babylonian leaders. God is the creator of man in Eden Adam and Eve had a plant based diet. Certain meat was introduced after the flood prior there was absolutely no meat eating..

    The WEF, the WHO, Bill Gates and the man of sin plant based diet is garbage point blank!!! Its all about making money for those so-called elites setting up their money making machine to pimp people of money using their lab making plant based meat and poisoned GMO vegetables to feed the world. My husband was born in rastafarianism eating no meat before birth and he is fine. Genises 1:29 is mans diet given from creation who thinks other wise l am sorry for them. This is the plant base diet l follow not Bill Gates and his pimping cronies to make monies.

    Does anyone’s else’s thyroid hurts when taking Lugols? I’m wanting to kick the hashi & 30lbs with it but every time I take it, I feel good & bad effects. My husband thinks my hashimotos is caused by my early nascent iodine use. I was vegan then and obviously looked for ways to get better… being carnivore based now is better of course but now I’m hypo. I’ve been graves and hypo at the same time, had post partum thyroiditis after each child. Wa hospitalized with thyroid storm. I’m over it. But I’m either not getting the dose right or I’m being allergic and not understanding it.

As an aside though, I really wish her comment about her thyroid tanking the first time around hadn’t been glossed over. This is a legitimate concern for some of us, and some lack resources at this time to see providers like you 🙏 I genuinely want to know why that happened for her, and what was different the next time around ❤

    Judy this was so helpful. I have been struggling with being underweight and malnourished for several years now being on elimination diets and I really need professional guidance for my specific case.     I feel frustrated. I have tried introducing very low dose iodine numerous times, and I get hypothyroid and my anti bodies go up. I also have been taking for years selenium and zinc, also i have and still do eat a lot of redmonds salt daily. I really want to take it, just don't know how to make it work.

    Every time I hear anything insurance/plans/hospitals/healthcare in general/ all smells like the darn government, only thing uncle sam has done ever since agriculture/big pharma started has been an uphill inflationary battle and downward spiral in health. Ultimately nowadays anyone to live well in the middle class you need at least 200k a year between you and your spouse and that is living smart and simple with a few things you can enjoy. Add kids that becomes another 100k just to get then covered through 18 each. Back in the day let’s say in the 40’s if you made 100k a year you were rich like today in age that translates into 1 million. Now if we are even honest, 80% of doctors will do anything for their paycheck and to keep their license intact, the first thing they actually do into helping a patient properly government knocks on their doors like some of the holistic and carnivore doctors that have their own practice and stuff because the traditional f u c k e d healthcare system just takes your money and keeps you sick 99% of the time, the 1% is mainly just fractures/accidents.
