Consider adding in the meat of the animal first and see how you do. I’d add meat and a variety before adding dairy. If you can add butter, that’s a good sign too. Consider raw or cultured dairy too. I hope one day you can eat the goat cheese successfully ❤️‍🩹

ahhh thank you.. this was so very helpful... nobody talks about reintroducing foods or how or when that I've seen and although I'm in no rush and have had huge food sensitivities... I still wanted to hear about these things. You covered them so thoughtfully and the Cheat Sheet is wonderful. Thank you. Am signing up for a group... almost 8 weeks in and still have some tweaking to do.

I did meat and spices after 1 week I could do cucumber and some veggies without any direct issues. Then when you get fat adapted one meal per day is kinda enough and that should give that gut enough time to fix many things.

Hi Judy I’ve been listening to your pod casts for a while now and decided I like to get certified on functional nutrition, I know some of your coaches went through NTA school, do you think it matters what program I get my certification even though some are very much eat all the rainbow diet for vegetables and fruits for optimal health. Any thoughts I really appreciate your guidance. Thank you so much ! I really enjoy your show🙏 Marcia

I just try to add 1 thing at a time. If the next day, my body hurts or my colon is unhappy, I know it does not work for me. As of today, most plants are a no go if I want to feel my best.

Hi Judi, I am a new channel fan of yours. Thank you for interesting content and knowledge. May I ask you if you can share your knowledge on the 2 types of anaerobes, the two that are most directly involved with obesity: the Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes, and how elimination of fiber lowers butyrate production which might cause inflammation. Is there anything useful for us to learn about concerning weight loss? Thank you very much in advance.

I've been carnivore for 2 years. When I started I thought it would be a 6 week elimination diet. But if I feel this good, why would I ever reintroduce anything?

If you don't mind , how often do you have a bowel movement as an carnivore? The reason I'm asking is that I'm not carnivore and I would like to know someone who is carnivore for 2 years how is their BM.thx

Usually once every other day. Provided you eat enough saturated fat you will have great bowel movements and never be constipated.

Did Carnivore for a week, reduced bloating significantly. Still being tested for sharp pain in left side of abdomen. Awaiting SIBO test and MRI. Hard getting used to less frequent bowel movements.

It's called chronic constipation , all those animal food are backed up in the system and make body so acidic and perfect environment for the body to grow cancer tumours

Please, i need some advice. I am following a strict Carnivore diet now for more than 12 weeks. I eat only meats (red meat and chicken thighs) plus eggs( 7-8 Eggs plus 400-500 grams of meat). I have not lose any fat for more than 1 month. Asking question and watching videos on the topic, i have been adivse to increase my fat intake. My macro ratio is +- 50% Fat and 50 %protein. Many Carnivores advised me to eat around 70-75% of fat. However the fatties cuts of meat are very expensive here in Brazil(where i live) So i would like to ask some question about how to increase my fat intake: 1- How can i add fat to leaner cuts of meat? 2- How can i measure the fat i am adding so i can control how much food i am eating?(i still have at least 15 lbs of fat to lose and i dont want to add too much fat and get fat) I am 34 years old, I go to the gym 3 times a wekk. I am also 183cms tall and my weigth now is around 182 lbs (82,5kg) my Bodyfat is around 20%. Thank you

Definitely not. Animal fats are amazing for cardiovascular health. Give it some time and you will se how great you feel. As long as your hdl is high and your triglycerides are low a high ldl level is more than fine.

I am no specialist, but I got belly issues like bloating, food standing for hours in the intestine, trying to eat more protein, not fat. When I started keto first, I learned quickly that from fat you can have diarrhea. I think there is a video by Lillie Kane who tells how to get started, so that the transition is smooth. I think you have to give yourself a day or two of some rest, go back to white rice or potatoes with some butter, that you can digest quickly and your stomach won't be tired, and then try again, but very slowly. I need to do it slowly myself, although I have done Keto for 7 months, so not everyone is able to turn carnivore overnight. Also, you might have intolerance to some meat. Mine is lamb and duck, can't eat this meat, although they do taste very good. Some have intolerance to eggs, or just to egg whites. I can't eat organic eggs, for example. If you learn how to know yourself, you'll be successful, that's for sure.

If you can one day eat and handle chocolate cake (say for a birthday) mentally and physically, I think it’s a win. It’s not ideal to keep in bc of many reasons but to be able to handle and tolerate it, I think it’s a sign of healing. (Ps while I can now handle choc cake, for my birthday, I still choose to eat meat…. But it’s a choice ♥️)
