Video testimonial of cohort 1! The program contains 24 live calls, making it about $37 a call with NwJ practitioners (assuming nothing else was included in the program). The program was created by our in-house licensed clinical therapist and holistic health practitioners. There is a 3 month cohort group and 12 month access to the mind body program material: nutrition-with-judy.mn.co/plans/400697?bundle_token=9abd59142f62575bea2fb11b7627cd3f

That hope for tomorrow is all I've got sometimes. My dream is to be a famous singer/songwriter, but my struggles with dependencies on unhealthy coping mechanisms are standing in my way; especially when a bad diet leaves me fatigued and depressed...

That hope is enough. Start with something and lean on others to give you the strength as you find tools to get stronger. Big hugs. I see you and understand. But also know it can get better, even when it seems impossible. ❤️‍🩹

Perfectionist is a sign of having been or being a victim of narcissistic abuse. 20-25% of the population are narcissists and the number of victims of narcissistic abuse is way higher than that. Even the narcissist can be a victim of narcissistic abuse too. We have to keep in mind that narcissism is a multi-generational issue and it is your chance to end this cycle. It also impact attachment style and addiction.

I relate to this a lot. That is part of my story I went through too. It’s why we address core wounds (often from family bonds and trauma) and how to stop the generational trauma in our mind body program. ❤️‍🩹 thank you for sharing.

We’re all trying to self soothe by whatever means available even to our own destruction. Bc humans easily habituate through unconscious behaviors it’s difficult to discover the process in order to create change. But we can ❤

DNRS was wayyy too complicated for me. Wow I may consider your program as someone who is more introvert group things are intimidating even though I know they are helpful.

@ciao, I think I’ve decided on Re-Origin, precisely because it seems so simple and straightforward, and that’s what I need. 😆 I’m mostly calm and emotionally at peace and don’t struggle much with food addictions, but I’m guessing my nervous system got stuck in fight or flight at one point, which kept my body from healing. I’ve had mild chronic fatigue for years. I hope you find something that works for you! ❤

I've been a part of Judy's Mind Body program, and being an introvert myself, I would say it is really healing. The cohorts have a small family like feel, so it is encouraging to be a part of. It really works. The content is amazing, and it is a way of taking your healing into your own hands rather than outsourcing it.

I recently found a major source of toxins in my body and trigger for my immune system, it's Staphylococcus Aureus living on my skin. I am a white caucasian but the Staph has grown so much that it colored my skin yellow. I have gotten my liver and kidneys checked many times, they're working just fine. My teeth are also kind of yellow colored, even if the dentist says they're perfectly clean. And sometimes my blonde hair looks kind of red, though I don't know if that's related to that. And I have all the classic cirs symptoms. Moving out of my old home definitely improved things but not completely and I think Staphylococcus is the reason. I tried taking a bath with antibacterial teas like camomille and yarrow and walnutleafs, and that does seem to kill the bacteria, but the next day all symptoms multiply and I have the worst die-off reaction. Drinking walnut leaf tea seems to neutralize some of the toxins immediately the next morning, and a large amount of strong Plantago lanceolata tea before midday also seems to help detoxing and soothing the body to a degree. But it still always throws my back clarity-wise for a few days and I need to plan it smartly with days I have to work and other activities that are planed. I hope I could help somebody with this, we need to collectively work and help each other, good day everyone :)

@@YellowPenetrator I really hope you will! It works on antibiotic resistant bacteria. So, it’s more effective than our man-made antibiotics. I personally know one person that it worked for, and she had tried just about every antibiotic! I have a friend who knows someone else that had the same thing happen! It really does work. ❤️ And surprisingly, there have been some studies on it by the NIH.

Hello, love your channel great content. Can I ask please. I've worked out that I can have 180g of protein a day. I have three meals a day. I have written down everything I eat. Next to each food item I have put how much protein and fat there is. But now I am sticking to 180g of protein I am not feeling full and still hungry. My meals include fatty meats like chuck roast, ribeyes, belly fat, streaky bacon all cooked in butter. But still hungry. I was eating way to much protein before and couldn't sleep. So afraid of eating to much protein. Any help please? Thank you
