Raw fruits and raw vegetables contain all essential amino acids and they are the best sources of protein. When we eat enough calories from raw fruits, then we get enough protein. Cooking renders at least 50% of the protein useless. Animal eaters do not deserve to live and non-vegan animals should not exist. Cooked food caused and maintains the fall of mankind. The raw vegan diet is the salvation of humanity. Animal products and cooked food are toxic and in the long run deadly. Humans are fruit eaters by nature. Watch Douglas Graham and Loren Lockman for more details about protein and about proper nutrition in general. Postscript: All of my posts are 100% correct. I am not interested in the opinion of anybody. And I will no longer respond to any insolent idiot and to any ungrateful idiot.

I’m 95 years old and grew up with two adages : “You are what you eat” and “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. I was born at the start of the Great Depression with six siblings. Our evening meal consisted of a small hamburger patty (one pound divided into 9 patties), one small boiled potato, and a salad containing lettuce, olive oil and lemon juice and a small amount of onion and two slices of Vienna loaf of bread. We had two slices of toast and a cup of coffee for breakfast except on Sundays we had one egg and a slice of bacon and toast. No desserts and no candy. A small piece of cake on our birthdays. In the summer when we were able to have a small garden, we grew potatoes, carrots, green beans, radishes and tomatoes. In the summer there was an apple tree and a cherry tree and we canned cherries and peaches and tomatoes. I credit my longevity and good health that I now enjoy to the food we ate and didn’t eat back then!

Those born before the USA blasted a couple nukes at Japan in 1945 have a much better chance at good health and longevity since they didn't cut their teeth on the nuclear waste still floating around in our water, soil, etc. On top of that, the propaganda from the FDA and USDA has destroyed people's health. It doesn't help that the government allows corporations involved in food to climb right into bed with them and pay their millionaire lifestyle. It's all about greed. Men are incredibly greedy and will stop at nothing - even making food that can cause disease and kills you much sooner than you would have if you didn't eat their toxic waste.

I was brought up on a farm, raw milk, never junk foods, mother prepared 3 meals a day from scratch, we always had large garden each year. I never had any time of vaccination as a child. Never had flu shots, all my life never took drugs. I just learned about nutrition in my 20's. I am now 80 years old with no chronic diseases. I feel great everyday. I buy the best of everything in organic foods. Never depressed either. If any things happens to me like accidents...refused pain killers. I used calcium and magnesium which are pain killers. I really wish that more people would learned about nutrition at an early age. Dr. Li, I love your video and I will buy your books to give away to friends. Blessings!

My uncle was told he had six months to live. He became a vegan ( was a big meat eater) got big into mushroom variety. Drank green tea and coffee. He said he damn near died from the chemo, but he beat it and was feeling great. That was 10 years ago. My ex husband has been living with me for the last 4 years fighting cancer. The treatment is crippling, emotionally exhausting and made him lose his mind a few times, but he stuck with it and is finally out of the dark. He was terminal for 3 or the 4 years. He feels like he was in a coma, and just woke up. I can see the life coming back. I know it’s scary. Try to keep your composure, appreciate those that are there for you, and fight!

Notes I took from this interview: Foods that length telomeres (reverse or slow down aging - shoelace analogy): 1. Green Tea 2. Coffee (lengthing) 3. Leffy greens (polyphenols) Boost immune system 1. Blueberries (boost killer sells) 2. Brocolli sprouts (three day old - the tree tops has it but the stocks has double the amount of good). Foods that prevent cancer: 1. Two apples a day lower lunf cancer and colon cancer 2. Green tea lower colon-rectal cancer Reduce inflammation in the body: 1. Cranberries 2. Chocolates 3. Strawbberies 4. Red bell peppers 5. Guava 6. Vitamin C 7. Generally lots of fruits and veggies Foods that hurt the bodies defenses/DNA/microbium and trigger inflammation: 1. Soda (the added sugar inflames the body) 2. Processed meats 3. Ultra-processed foods

I believe a lot of old Doctors are calling a spade a spade now because they've retired from Clinics, Research Institutions, Universities & Hospitals they don't have to answer to anymore. They are, as it were, free to express medical truths and secrets now without fear of conflicts of interests or, unfortunately, employment consequences. Some might also feel they're going to hell if they don't now start helping human beings for free, as such, rather than charge someone to stay alive as they did in their previous life of occupational monopoly, deceit and elitism.

Amazing info! I've been eating 86% cacao dark chocolate almost daily for a few years now. And I've eliminated all foods that damage the liver and gut (sugar, grains, alcohol and processed foods) and replaced them with foods known to nourish both (fiber, grass fed, pasture raised, fermented foods.) The changes I've seen in my body, health, energy and mood has been nothing less than phenomenal. I've dropped 20 lbs and while I workout I am no gym rat. Wrinkles on my face, especially around my eyes have disappeared. My hands look 15 years younger. The thinning hair on my head is thickening. My energy levels are constant without peaks and valleys. A few people in my circle have shifted their nutrition in the same direction and have also seen similar results. I've become full fledged Farmacy evangelist.

If I ate a pie at dinner time, I didn’t have potatoes. On the plus side I upped my intake of fish from twice a week to three or four times using oily fish. I cut out alcohol to once a week and I walked for 30 minutes a day as often as I could. Eventually, my weight dropped from 81 kilos to 64 kilos but does try to fluctuate, that’s when I have a ‘fasting day’. Ramadan is not fasting in the true meaning of the word. It is intermittent fasting, for one month. Which indeed makes a big difference to health. There is no reason most people can't do intermittent fasting all year around. If you eat over a six hour period, normal healthy levels of food; then fast for the other 18hours.you will see a big improvement in healthy. Also consider "Omad" = one meal a day. We are all different, we all need to find what works for us individually. But eating sugary foods three times a day will poison us sooner or later.

Finally, a Dr that talks honestly about health and shares it. I have been practicing Dr Li's information on food and it works. Also his suggestion on calming the inflamed body through deep breathing and sleep is 100% true. My life is a combination of three worthy doctors Dr William Li, Dr Joe Dispenza, and Dr Mark Hyman. You have those three guiding your health then honey you are golden. Watched all your episodes with them Lewis and they were awesome. I listen in them in the car, around my kids, when I cook, when I'm sick, when I'm down. Years of seeking medical doctors and being told I was doing the right thing but never helping me except for banking on my insurance payments and deductibles, I finally found real medical help and that was on KZread. Lewis do what you do because people like me is watching.

Food is often the cause of inflammation too. Wich is why I'm here hope to get information on how to eat healthier. Have an auto immune disease and only given predisone to help. Predisone causes way more problems when it's taken long term and I've been on it 5 years. So I'm happy to come across your comment and know that I am looking in the right place simply because you mentioned him helping with inflammation in the body.

When it’s this far advanced my non medical advice is no traditional medicine, get palliative care and a natural path dr that will give him quality days with food and herb prescriptions. Traditional chemo / radiation , he will have poor quality and less time . I would not say this if new dx but it’s metastatic from 2016 , I see too many suffer trying traditional treatments to live for others. Please focus on his quality and pain , a natural path dr will help . Praying for you both . 🙏🫶
