Some of us older than dirt folks can't eat grapefruit due to meds, but a number of years ago, after some reading, I created my own diet which consisted of mostly grapefruit and boiled eggs. I lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks before i burned out.
This doctor needs to be cloned and put into every medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about health. He is brilliant, and a gem of a person to anyone with common sense about how to improve their health in a sustained way. I just love learning from his simple to understand videos ... I respect this man immensely. 🙏🙏🙏

Unless the fruit is coated with Apeel. It's a "safe" product that keeps the food fresh but also pretty much impossible to wash off. Worse yet, they had stopped labling food coated with Apeel. You just need to know which stores don't carry them.
Love this content so much. It's straight to the point. I've watched interviews that Dr. Li is on but they are often too long. Thank you for doing this!
Dr Li is definitely on top of his game. He actually called the fruits healthful. People can be healthy, food can be healthful.

Thankyou
Thank you for explaining the benefits of these fruits. I'm all for naturally grown organic produce if available. One issue, though, is that much of what is sold at supermarkets is unnatural. Some years ago, a vulnerable young man at the open door church approached me, concerned saying that in the future, they are going to control people by the food that we eat. ? Indeed, a psychologist said there are different forms of control. Therin lies many of the problems of our sick society. Environments control people. Toleration is the cause of many evils. It renders diseases or distempers in the state more strong and powerful than any remedy. Form follows function government buildings cripple innocent people. They are prejudiced to health. They are the control freaks.
Wonderful information.

Any nutrients left in cooked apples?
@vitazenhealth
3 күн бұрын
Yes, cooked apples still retain many nutrients, including dietary fiber, vitamin C, and various antioxidants, although the levels may be slightly reduced compared to raw apples. The cooking process can also enhance the availability of some compounds, making them easier for the body to absorb. Therefore, cooked apples are a nutritious option, especially if prepared with minimal added sugars.
