    Thank you for explaining the benefits of these fruits. I'm all for naturally grown organic produce if available. One issue, though, is that much of what is sold at supermarkets is unnatural. Some years ago, a vulnerable young man at the open door church approached me, concerned saying that in the future, they are going to control people by the food that we eat. ? Indeed, a psychologist said there are different forms of control. Therin lies many of the problems of our sick society. Environments control people. Toleration is the cause of many evils. It renders diseases or distempers in the state more strong and powerful than any remedy. Form follows function government buildings cripple innocent people. They are prejudiced to health. They are the control freaks.

    Blueberry is so sour, I can't eat it. How to eat blueberry? Your suggestion will help. Thanks.

  • @vitazenhealth

    @vitazenhealth

    5 күн бұрын

    If blueberries are too sour for your taste, try mixing them into a smoothie with sweeter fruits like bananas or mangoes. You can also sweeten them by adding a drizzle of honey or maple syrup when serving them in yogurt or oatmeal. These methods can help balance the tartness and make blueberries more enjoyable to eat!

    Try to stick with organic fruits, but we understand that depending on your location, organic fruits are harder and more expensive to come by. We are researching to see if there are any studies that highlight noticeable differences in health benefits between GMO and organic fruits & vegetables.

    Any nutrients left in cooked apples?

  • @vitazenhealth

    @vitazenhealth

    3 күн бұрын

    Yes, cooked apples still retain many nutrients, including dietary fiber, vitamin C, and various antioxidants, although the levels may be slightly reduced compared to raw apples. The cooking process can also enhance the availability of some compounds, making them easier for the body to absorb. Therefore, cooked apples are a nutritious option, especially if prepared with minimal added sugars.

    It´s a very nice video...however I suggest to swap strawberries for raspberries/blackberries and write off tomatoe that on the one hand doesn't belong to a fruit family (it's a vegetable in my view) and on the other hand it belongs to a nightshade group...which is questionable about a healthy impacts on a human body......but plums would be No. 7 for me instead 🔅
