When I gave up plants, my hot flashes disappeared. I never thought that I was poisoning myself until listening to Sally K Norton and the many other nutrition experts talk about the natural toxins. Once I removed them and supported the detoxing of the oxalates, I no longer had any of the hot flashes and hormonal migraines that had been plaguing me for nearly 10 years. 🎉

It’s always interesting to hear interviews about hormonal health. I would like to hear an interview that discussed when hormonal intervention should begin so as to avoid the detrimental effects of the loss of hormones and other words, why wait until menopause would be interesting to have a doctor. Discuss topical Estrogen and what that does to your body is natural production. ❤

....we'd talk less about it if we finally got real help, and stopped being told it's in our heads. It's much easier for u to get real help and testosterone than us, we get prescribed everything that just ruins our lives more. There was a dude once that complained about how breast cancer got talked about too much: well women marched in the streets for it to be recognised more. Men also have the tendency to think that seeking help or talking about things = being weak. It's up to men to change that too, women talk about issues and share. So evolve, and go get help with your HORMONE "CRAP".

"Breast cancer awareness " gets promoted more because it's good for business. The corporations know that it's easier to get women to buy products because they put a cute pink ribbon on it. Men aren't going to buy products because they have a ribbon that represents testicular cancer or some other nonsense. I know women who are stupid enough to tattoo their bodies with pink ribbons.

I'm in the 24th day on the carnivore diet. Taking electrolytes, eating lots of fat but still very tired and weak, in fact I'm typing now from my bed, I know it takes time, but I don't feel any improvement in my energy and that leaves me very discouraged. I still don't have the energy for anything! Afraid it won't work out for me

Hi, hope you are feeling better. If not,try to put in what you are eating in a day in an app like chronometer. I learned this from another of Judy's video. I was feeling exhausted as well, extreme fatigue and it caused me to stop and start again a few times. Finally I found Judy, and listened to her advice. Turns out I was eating a very very low calorie amount a day... of course I felt tired and not well! The high fat just stopped my appetite and hunger cues. Now I am better at eating enough. Take care and hang in there.

Good interview but made me have even more questions. I recently listened to a video with Dr Boz where she reviewed the book Estrogen Matters and cleared the negative cancer rumors on Premarin and said there was no regulation on Biodentical compounded hormones. She said we should be measuring FSH as the meter of when hormone replacement therapy was successful.

I am already carnivore! However, I've eaten a ton of cheese in the last year of being carnivore and maybe that did me in? I had a few ND's that didn't take me seriously when I thought hormones were a problem, but I also wasn't carnivore back than. I've also found that higher dose iodine helps. I watched another youtuber that said to get off it and so i did and that was a mistake. So I am back on it and I'm guessing things will get better in a month or two. But I'm also going to see a holistic MD so he might be good. Haven't seen an MD in years for my health cuz they only try to give me depression meds. I also have Lyme, though, too, so it's all extra complicated. And the fact that I get impatient for healing and give in to chocolate or more cheese. lol

I needed to change my mindset. After learning what sugar does to the body, I saw it as a toxic substance. I would never treat myself or manage stress by ingesting poison. Also, give yourself a time-frame for doing a trial run, maybe just two weeks. You can do that if you don't tell yourself you can't. Maybe don't try to go full-on 100% carnivore at first, but at least cut out the sugar and processed carbs for that time. Also, make sure to eat enough animal fat. Eating nourishing food will keep the cravings at bay. You may be surprised at how good you feel in such a short time. After going off added sugar, I noticed that even natural foods tasted sweet. I learned that when I did take a bite of some sweet that I used to love, it tasted overwhelmingly sweet--not good at all.
