I was watching videos on KZread when I saw your channel. I like your video content. But as a KZread expert, I noticed that your video views are getting fewer and fewer. Later I researched your channel and I saw your video SEO score is (0%). Your video and found that SEO optimization is not done in your videos due to which your videos are not going to your targeted people, your videos are getting less views and channel subscribers are getting less. As a KZread expert, if you can do channel and video SEO-friendly things like tag, hashtag, description, and keyword research, your KZread channel and video will grow fast. If you want I can help you.
Soon as I hear HOA I’m good 😅
Sean Kelly lives here....he is a douche bag.
I like this place
Yes, West Hills really is quite nice and for those with grade school children, having the elementary school at the base of the community is super convenient.
Beautiful homes... extremely poor zoning. I really hope more builders see future value in additional Canyon Country development
With regard to developments in Canyon Country, we too hope for more new housing. Aliento turned out extremely popular and residents seem to be happy. It was likely a success for the builders as well, so perhaps we'll see more in the future.
Metrolink station on graphic is in wrong place
Yep! This will be adjusted in the new video update, coming soon.
Nice Video
Thanks

Hey there, I'm considering of moving to Santa Clarita. So yeah, please help me with ma question. Thanks in advance. How SAFE Is SC from Wildlife (serpent, coyote, bear) and Natural Disasters (earthquake, flood, wildfire) on a daily basis ❓ I mean in suburb and town areas not in outskirts and outdoor places 🤔
That's a good question and I guess the answer is, it depends on the exact location. With regard to Northbridge, where this Rose Arbor neighborhood is located, we've seen coyotes on occasion and perhaps a rare cougar. Snakes are not common. The closer a neighborhood is to undeveloped foothills, the more chance of coming into contact. In those areas you would be more likely to see a coyote, snake or even a raccoon and an occasional skunk. I will say, I live in the northern portion of Valencia and I wouldn't let a house cat spend too much time outdoors. Unlike the SFV, I'm pretty sure a cat wouldn't last long if spending too much time outdoors.
Thanks
I missed Old Orchard. We sold one of our rental properties there last February this year.
Yeah, Old Orchard is one of those classic communities and personally, we love the older designs and floor plans. All of the neighborhoods here are just beautiful.
Just landed a job here
Good luck with the new job!
All that natural wild habitat paved over to build this ugly, artificial, car-based nightmare. The whole place looks like a giant shopping mall.
Actually, the planners have at least designed and protected quite a bit of lovely open space. It looks especially nice in the spring time. There's even a 150-acre Oak Preserve over in Westridge. There are many miles of protected hiking trails and no motorized vehicles are allowed. However, with all that, it's just not possible to have a city of homes and neighborhoods without building.
I live in the Central Valley and prefer the Bay Area to So Cal. However, if I had to live in SoCal, I'd choose one of the suburban cities in the Santa Clarita Valley, or bypass L.A. all together and live in the San Diego area.
Yes, the Central Valley is gorgeous. It's much hotter here in the summer months and lately we have not been getting much rain. Unfortunately, we don't have all the beautiful greenery seen up north.
Me gustaría saber más sobre el lugar ,me dijeron Canon City en Santa Clarita.
Hi Leyda. My Spanish is quite poor, so I hope this makes sense.
Lived there from 1988 till 2017. It’s really grown.
Where is that parking lot? I never seen that
How cute , a little creek that hasn't been cemented in yet , and only a few minutes away from 40,000,000,000 Humans !
Better bring your own water they do not have much
You are right about the water! Currently we are mandated for a 20% reduction. It seems like that happens about every 5 years, then we finally have a rainy season and we're okay for a few years.
I used to live there for a while. Nice safe streets, neighborhoods, and walking paths. There was a pizza place near the mall that I liked. Hopefully the COVID lockdowns did not hit the businesses too hard there.
Topper's Pizza nearby the mall and it's still there. In fact, we just picked up a pizza last week.
@@gregoryrealestategroup awesome to hear I miss that place. I'm glad it is still around.
Santa Clarita used to be nice until the leftists ran the state and the county into the ground.
I hope this place burns down.
This town is over built and nothing to do. Whoever owns skyline should be hung in the center of town.
I like it country.but I'm not chsnce
Great ! Thanks for the video
hello can any foreigner buy a home such as from Bangladesh and get residency in usa by buying a home?
No.
nice town.
Even though it's grown, it really is quite nice and a good place to call home.
300,000 people and growing? I remember when there was 8,000 people and not a single traffic light. Orwell George..
Beautiful 😍
Hello sir Your content is superb👍. I am video editor , if you want to edit your videos and thumbnail so I will help you in this case. if you are interested please msg me regarding that work
Hi. Would it be possible to find a fully furnished studio in SCV, possibly close to Freeway 5 for daily commute to Burbank?
Do you have house for rent in there
👍👍👍
Nice video wow
Thank you so much 😀
It was way better when we could ride dirt bikes all over that land.
Yeah, I miss that too. Also, back in the 1970's The Valley West Archers had a field archery range where I use to go shooting as a child. Unfortunately, the old field range is gone and the land has been replaced with housing developments. Even though the communities are nicely developed, it's unfortunate the undeveloped areas are disappearing. Yes, there are now some protected open areas, but the use is mostly limited to hiking.
Awesome landscaping . Whoever planned the town can definitely design nature . Very beautiful town .
originally owned and developed by Newhall Land and Farm. most of the community is master planned and yes, overall they have done a pretty good job of it.
Cottage Glen all day long!
Load up more videos more often it's interesting.
Beautiful place, love from India
Thank you Iunkhel. Your kindness is appreciated!
BTW, don’t forget the extremely DENSE traffic you’ll also be forced to deal with once COVID is over. The 5 Freeway North-South is the ONLY artery in and out of the Santa Clarita Valley and it’ll add 45-60 minutes onto your commute EACH WAY when everything returns to normal.
You are right! During the morning rush hour, there is southbound traffic on I-5 and the 14. Northbound during the evening rush hour. Amount of time depends on the exact departure time, if any accidents, etc.
Lived here for 4 years now-I won’t move out of this beautiful valley. I plan to buy a second and maybe a third home.
Hi Zak Yes, our family started out here back in 1976 which is a good bit of time. We've seen the community grow into what is is today and even though not big on change, the city has done a pretty good job with master planned neighborhoods and keeping things orderly. The only thing I would like better is if we were bit closer to the beach! It does get pretty hot during the 2 hot months during the summer. Not too bad.
Thats awesome! Ive been here for a few years too and the environment is the best. I have some new construction tours that I posted here on youtube. think you might enjoy, maybe they're close to where you live?
We moved away in 1994, and when we look back we realize it was the best place we ever lived!
Thank you for your comment and we really do love it here. All our family lives here and it really is a terrific place to call home.
I miss you..: you had the best rice crispy treats in the hood
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it. No community is perfect but overall SCV is a terrific place to live, especially if working locally.
I wanted to go up to Castaic Lake but school commitments wouldn't let me
Yes, the lake is great fun and the whole Castaic area has changed dramatically in the last 25 years. At one time it was pretty much a busy truck stop and a lake. Now, it's so much more.

Welcome!!
Fish?
Sorry this reply took so long. At times, there are fish here. My brother in-law is a pretty good fisherman and he's caught quite a few somewhere in Bouquet Creek. He said the water didn't look deep enough and was surprised he caught a few! Personally, I've never had any luck but have only tried a couple times.
How much!
Awesome

Lovely.
