The homes in Citrus Grove are actually considered to be detached condos. Each home stands alone and there are no common walls, so they are more like houses. In most instances, there is no front yard to maintain, but each home has a smallish backyard. It's a cute little community of 48 homes and the only down side is the high Mello Roos cost and we think there are two HOA's to contend with.
When it comes to shared amenities, residents enjoy a small recreation area with a pool, hot tub, lounge areas and restrooms. There's also a small tot lot for the littles.
