The Alta Monte and Bella Terra subdivisions feature approximately 138 exceptional homes, some offering stunning views.
For those seeking single-story living, the Bella Terra models are ideal. If you prefer a spacious two-story layout, the Alta Monte options will impress.
These homes range from approximately 3,300 to 5,700 square feet, with 4 to 6 bedrooms, four and a half to six and a half bathrooms, and garages accommodating 3 to 4 cars. Additional features include bonus rooms, lofts, outdoor living spaces, and large backyards perfect for gatherings.
Currently, there hasn't been noticeable progress on the HOA recreation area, but residents can expect swimming pools, hot tubs, and other amenities. There are also plenty of trails, though the common area landscaping primarily consists of drought-tolerant plants and shrubs.
