You should do a tour of Lucan. I built a brand new house on Beech Street in 2017 for $272k (1400 square feet). I sold it in 2022 for $820k. There are entire subdivisions of homes selling for over a million dollars there. Benefit is that it’s a mere 15 minutes from Masonville.

I would like to give Tetherwood Blvd. an honorable mention only because the homes there were luxury long before the building boom brought us these new additions.

Yeah, this is a big unknown to most people. That place is HUGE I can't find any info on it online. I wish we got a drone footage.

Do you think you can get some drone footage on 2199 Cow Path Road, Thames Centre? This is unknown palace in SW Ontario. It's just the approximate address, but if you Google SATELLITE view, you can see the home and surrounding from above.

I know what house you’re talking about. I tried to stick to streets or “areas” rather than specific homes or addresses for legal/privacy reasons. Other commenters have pointed out another estate on Windermere that a certain 1980s hockey player owns

Yes, still a really nice area. But just around the corn on northumberland they are a bit more modern and a bit bigger
