what do these people do for a living
Business owners, surgeons, lawyers. That’s about it
Hilton Ave
Great videos. I’m moving to London in September
I heard rumour that homes purchased in Kilworth/Komoka are having kids shuttle to Byron schools? I would have thought they had their own elementary school?
Dorchester, just outside of London..has a lot of hidden hidden huge homes
New sub
Gibbons Lodge would be one to look at
In recent years some places near the Wonderland Rd S area aren't that great. The used to be pretty decent, though crime rate and drug use has gone through the roof since 2020. Not as bad as Marconi, though it's getting closer.
My kid goes to Western I never knew London was this rich
Ridiculous prices for a small city! What a bubble Thank you for the video very informative.
Lived on Cascade ave 30+ years ago.. didn't seem too bad but then maybe I was just used to it. Lock your doors, don't wander around after dark, getting your car stolen or house broken into is a right of passage. Never owned a bike for more than a year.
Asking prices in these areas are still insane! Maybe just getting people desperate for owning student rental. Half a mill for a town house in Boullee right beside that last story
Thank you.
Just a heads up re a typo ... "first stop is Killworth" .... only needs one "L" :)
I know lol I can’t fix it now. My bad
Very helpful.
Hey Ryan CherryGrove estates is my favourite street. My wife & I live in Talbot Village & we drive up & down that street all the time daydreaming maybe 1-day. That 1 you said was “The Crown Jewel” looks like a banquet hall. It’s the Last One we would choose. Anyways good lookin out.
If you're not rich here's a home for 900,000 and 1.3M. Okay I guess I'm less than poor. :(
I cut the grass at all these places. These town house complexes are London Commuity Housing.
1:23 did the plumbing in 3 of these houses when they were built in 2018. One has a 10 person walk in shower with water falls from the ceiling
Londonistan
If you turn right from Oxford west onto old river rd. you’ll see some gorgeous homes. Also Wellington gardens roads. You could drive right past this street everyday and not even realize how beautiful the homes are.
sunningdale sucks i was just there it's like retirement center they're probably going to isntall 40km limit speed signs soon with wonderland being the only way to connect south to north i don't think it's practical to live there
I live in Fairmont and I think it’s even more beautiful than the pricey home area. It just feels like home not a new subdivision.
I grew up on Westmount Dr, Hillcrest area this neighborhood is tucked away with older homes that were like these back in the 80’s
Absoulutly the most beautiful area in all of London with extremely family friendly people probably the safest area in London and highly sought after due to homes rarely coming up for sale and when they do there sold at a premium due to the great enviroment and surrounding of parks, golf, skiing, and great amenties! Best London has to offer❤
That luxury home you fly over at 8:20 is Corey Perry new home
😂😂😂 3-4 mil and some of the houses are still nearly touching 🤦♀️🤦♀️
That house on Cowpath rd in Dorchester is massive. You should do a video on that house
I’ve seen that one..race track in the back.. grew up with the kids that lived near there and they were welcome to come drive go carts on it when ever
Check out the new build in Westminster Drive just east of Wellington before Highbury… large. Very large. 😱
That one has Been sitting at a stand still for months. Atleast the exterior
Haha i noticed the garbage too 😂 probs cuz the garbage man is scared 😯 idk 😐
I'm born and raised in London, Ontario.😊
Hey Ryan could you do a drive at Middleton avenue London Ontario?
lol i saw that house in your video..at mark 3:38..the grey roof with 2 cars outside..you should really check it out
Ryan you should check out the house in Sherwood forest area in London, its a massive reno but the house looks really awsome..i think its on Doncaster. I walk my dogs there and every time i stop by to peek.
you should check out this house build recently in London at Sherwood forest area, looks out of this world..not sure the street i think its Friars or Doncaster..very unique.wonder if they are selling
Hey ryan im a fellow londoner too love ur videos and i think i seen u a few a months back and i nodded my head at u and u nodded back lol 😆 it was pree cool to see u i person felt like a celebrity site 😂
Haha thanks for the nod
40 years on kipps lane never an issue once
kipps lane is not bad it is bridle path and certain parts of arbour glen cresent white buildings and right behind plazza lived here my hole life but people let certain parts go to shit for no reason
semkokskis house on windemere is massive
I went to glen carin public school
I have to disagree with your characterization of OEV. I recently moved there and it is probably the most friendly place i've ever lived in Ontario. Everyone says hi and introduces themselves when they walk by, and the homes and lots have character. You also keep saying the homes have or haven't been well maintained. Can you elaborate on what that means? I would have assumed, especially when discussing century homes, that the foundation, roofing, and overall maintenance of the home would have been important factors. By your video it just sounds like pristine lawns. As a vocal grass hater (and a person who is very allergic to grass lol) there is a lot to be said about communities where people are comfortable having flowers or even vegetable gardens in their front yard.
Ryan!! You're back in London?
Completely ruined by being in London. 🤢🤮
I always wondered how there were this many people with such high paying jobs in London. Im guessing doctors, vets, lawyers, dentists, business owners, trust fund people, elderly...
What are some areas in London that are upcoming for future growth ? What do you think about pre-construction projects?
only 900k, wow let me get my piggybank
I would never live in London Ontario, it's part of the armpit part of Ontario, smelly and pretentious people telling you how things are supposed to be in your neighbour hood and the crime in the downtown core. Nope not for me. London Ontario is a shit hole like toronto.
If you can afford to live in a area like mine be warned before moving , neighbors are pretentious and nosey they will complain just for the sake of having something to complain about , at least my one neighbor does and make sure who you're buying from is not part of the neighborhood coalition as if they are then you will have to abide by the neighborhood rules , I'm lucky to have bought my home before such a committee started and refused to join , rules can include how you can cut your grass who can cut it , what you can and cant have in your own backyard , even how many cars you have .
I guess no parties allowed like the Great Gatsby.
Move over to Westmount Drive and Hillcrest in Resouvoir Park across from Springbank Park its a hidden luxury enclave where the neighborhood has extremely friendly nice neighbors and you feel like your living in a completely different city and its very safe and offers great amenties year round, golf, skiing, parks, access to everything ❤
Um. No mention of Summerside? That is southeast London.
Yes that will be the south video
I live in boullee. It's pretty calm nowadays, just a loud neighborhood but a community nonetheless. Right by boullee are some great schools. Many low income or single income families come to live here.
Hunt club?
