Currently under construction by Lennar and Toll Brothers, Tesoro Highlands is situated just above the Tesoro Del Valle community. Spanning approximately 1,270 acres, the community is set to feature up to 13 brand new neighborhoods, some of which will be gated. All totaled, there will be around 800 homes and some will be single story models.
As of Feb 2024, Toll Brothers is actively constructing homes in the Bella Terra and Alta Monte subdivisions, while Lennar continues working on Campana, Avila, and the 55+ neighborhoods, Estrada, Toscana and Paseo. In fact, some of the Campana homes are sold and occupied! Additional subdivisions such as Sierra Bella are in the early stages of development.
