Here's an UPDATED informational video about the new Sierra Bella, Estrada, Toscana and Paseo 55 Plus neighborhoods in Valencia CA. Also known as, the "55+ Villas at Tesoro Highlands" the four neighborhoods are currently under construction by Lennar and the models are open for tours. In fact, in addition to the aerial footage played in the video, we also included clips and pics we shot while touring the models.
NOTE: You may have noticed two similar videos we published in the past. At that time we did not include all four active adult neighborhoods in this community. In this video we now include all four of the age restricted subdivisions in this new community.

Built by Lennar, the villas represent just 4 of the approximately 13 innovative subdivisions planned for this development. In the future, the Villas will be gated and there will be two well appointed recreation areas, one exclusively for active adults. Most of the 55+ homes homes are detached single-story models, however two of those in Sierra Bella are two-story models. All combined, the homes are sized from approximately 1,653 up to around 2,680 square feet, perfect for active adults.
