In our previous video released in mid 2023, only the three model homes stood completed. Now, as of March of 2024, we see the neighborhood shaping up nicely, with nearly half the homes complete and some homes occupied.
Although the Solaire homes stand alone and are listed as single family residences, the actually resemble detached condos. Sure, there are decent patios and balconies, but no yards to speak of. This is not necessarily a downside, but if you want a more traditional home with front and back yards, try checking out Skylar or Sage.
The homes here in Solaire are available in 3 different contemporary designs and sized from approximately 1,986 to 2,246 square feet. Each home comes with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half to 3 and a half bathrooms, a covered porch and a 2 car garage. The larger homes include a second floor deck connected to the primary suite.
